MIDDLE SCHOOL: Brief about How national parks benefit Human Life?
HIGH SCHOOL: As per you what are the key attributes of Taj Mahal which has resulted in attracting large number of international and domestic tourists every year from your observation at the UNESCO site
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
AGRA FORT: The beautiful structure is another masterpiece of the Moghul period. It was built by Akbar with red sandstone Later many splendid palaces and other additions were done by Shah Jahan and his successors. The fingerprint of Shah Jahan can be seen in the use of white marble in the construction of the palaces.
TAJ MAHAL: It is regarded as the best example of Mughul architecture and a symbol of India’s rich history. The perfection of proportions and grandeur of Geometrical patterns of well-appointed gardens and fountains can be seen here, making it an architectural wonder of the world. Mughul emperor Shah Jahan built this beautiful structure to house the tomb of his wife, later he was also buried beside her.
SATTAL LAKE: Sattal or Sat Tal is an interconnected group of seven freshwater lakes situated in the Lower Himalayan Range. It is among one of the unpolluted freshwater biomes in India. We can spot various species of fishes, playful birds, vibrantly colored butterflies and varied flora and fauna around the lakeside making it safe heaven on Earth.
BHIMTAL LAKE: Bhimtal Lake is one of the important lakes of Nainital regions in Uttarakhand state. A beautiful island containing some trees, almost at the center of the lake adds to the aesthetic beauty of the lake. As per an ancient Hindu scripture “The Holy Geeta,” the name Bhimtal is derived from the great worrier “Bhima”. Bhimtal Lake is also the major source of drinking water and other household activities.
NAUKUCHIATAL LAKE: Naukuchiatal is home to a unique blend of nature and civilization. Thickly encompassed with Oak and Whispering Willows, the serene water of this meditating lake opens a paradise for those embracing the pacifist fronts of their alter egos. Apart from the lake, the Naukuchiatal region is also endowed with lush-green sprawling tea gardens.
KAUSANI: Kausani was originally called Valna also known as “Switzerland of India”. It is a must place for nature lovers and photography enthusiast. It offers the magic of the deep pine forests and the majestic mountains.
ALMORA: It is best known for its Cultural Diversity. Being surrounded by the dwindling pines and old oaks, the city has a divine aura that is enough to allure the backpackers. To make the scenery even more mesmerizing, the snow-capped Himalayas stand in utmost grandeur to please the visitant.
BAIJANTH TEMPLE: The complex consists of the main shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva and 17 other smaller temples for the various forms or avatars of Lord Shiva. We can see the old monuments in the Temple.
