LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
AGRA FORT: The beautiful structure is another masterpiece of the Moghul period. It was built by Akbar with red sandstone Later many splendid palaces and other additions were done by Shah Jahan and his successors. The fingerprint of Shah Jahan can be seen in the use of white marble in the construction of the palaces.
TAJ MAHAL: -It is regarded as the best example of Mughal architecture and a symbol of India’s rich history. The perfection of proportions and grandeur of Geometrical patterns of well-appointed gardens and fountains can be seen here, making it an architectural wonder of the world. Mughul emperor Shah Jahan built this beautiful structure to house the tomb of his wife, later he was also buried beside her.
FATEHPUR SIKRI: Study the corbelled column, Wall Ornament – Diwan-i-Khas, Astrologer’s seat exterior view. The city was built with red sand stone. It is one of the best preserved examples of Moghul architecture.
HAWA MAHAL: Understand Rajput style of architecture, the use of Jharokhas is a unique feature in this construction, which provides with much air and light inside the building. Study about the history of KingSawaiPratap Singh. The five-storied structure is made of pink sandstone and has 953 intricately carved jharokhas (windows). It was designed for the women of the royal family to sit in privacy while observing life on the street
JANTAR MANTAR: The Jantar Mantar in Jaipur is considered to be the largest of the five astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and study about the history of jantarmantar. We can see fourteen geometric devices, designed to measure time, track celestial bodies and observe the orbits of the planets around the sun.
CENTRAL MUSEUM: We can know about the Indo-Sarcenic architecture. The museum has a rich collection of artifacts including paintings, carpets, ivory; stone, metal sculptures, and works in crystal.
AMBER FORT: Amber Fort is the best tourist attraction of Jaipur and the sprawling complex combines both immense fortifications with unexpected beauty and charm. Amer Fort is known for its artistic Hindu style elements. With its large ramparts and series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks Maota Lake. We can study about the architecture and the history of the fort.
SAND DUNES: We can understand about the desert and the nature changes. The Sand Dunes make for one of the most popular tourist destinations in the state of Rajasthan. One can only see vast stretches of sand shining in the Golden sun and which is an extra ordinary look. The swift blowing wind and the sand changing colors are the experiences one can have in a desert.
JAISALMER FORT: We can see the architecture of ruler Rajput rawal. We can see people living in the fort and can know their culture and history.
UMAID BHAVAN: Understand the Beaux Arts style and a blend of eastern and western architectural styles, it is an iconic structure built for Maharaja Umaid Singh, and is the last of its kind. It's preserved and renovated by Taj Hotels. It is said to have been built to provide employment to the farmers who were unemployed due to the draught.
JASWANTH THADA: We can know about the architecture of maharaja Sardar sing and history of the Thada. It is now being used as the cremation ground of the royal families of Jodhpur.

HAWA MAHAL: - Constructed in 1799, the Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds is a stunning example of Rajput artistry with its pink sandstone windows. JANTAR MANTAR -The Jantar Mantar is an equinoctial sundial, consisting a gigantic triangular gnomon with the hypotenuse parallel to the Earth's axis. On either side of the gnomon is a quadrant of a circle, parallel to the plane of the equator. The instrument is intended to measure the time of day, correct to half a second and declination of the Sun and the other heavenly bodies. CENTRAL MUSEUM - It is the oldest museum of the state and functions as the State museum of Rajasthan. The building is situated in Ram Niwas Garden outside the city wall opposite New gate and is a fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. The building was designed by Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob, assisted by Mir Tujumool Hoosein, and was opened as public museum in 1887. It is also called the Government Central Museum. |

Visit JAISALMER FORT:-Jaisalmer Fort is one of the largest forts in the world. It was built in 1156 AD by the Bhati Rajput ruler Rao Jaisal, from where it derives its name. The fort stands proudly amidst the golden stretches of the great Thar Desert, on Trikuta Hill, and has been the scene of many battles. Its massive yellow sandstone walls are a tawny lion color during the day, fading to honey-gold as the sun sets, thereby camouflaging the fort in the yellow desert. For this reason, it is also known as the “Golden Fort”. |

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.
1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
