PROVISIONAL ITINERARY:

 

Day -1

  • Arrival at Heyder Aliyev Airport, Baku.
  • Get quick Immigration and collect your luggage
  • Meet our Expert Guide at Arrival Gate
  • Proceed to a good Indian restaurant for Lunch.
  • Post Lunch check in at Hotel (Standard Check in 1400 Hrs)
  • Late afternoon, proceed to City Orientation tour of Baku. Martyrs Lane in    the Highland Park, The National assembly & Flame towers,
  • Walk along new Boulevard towards National Flag Square. Continue the    tour to the Crystal Hall
  • Proceed for Baku Ferris wheel.
  • Have dinner at a good Indian restaurant & Overnight stay in Baku hotel

Day -2

  • After the Breakfast at Hotel
  • Proceed for trip to “Historical Ethnographic and Art Reserve “Gobustan”.
  • Enjoy the Excursion to “Ateshgah Azerbaijan” is one of the few places on earth, where one can find the preserved elements of the cult of fire And the ancient religion of Zoroastrianism.
  • Visit to “Qala Complex and Tower”.
  • Post lunch, Proceed for the Trip to Yanar Dag, also known as ‘”Burning Mountain’”.
  • Lunch at an Indian Restaurant. 
  • Visit to Bibi Heybat Mosque ,Old city of Baku , The Heart of Baku –Icheri Sheher. Caravanserais traditional mosques with Calligraphic facades, Finally, discover the "Shirvan Shakhs Palace" 
  • Proceed further & visit the famous “Fountain Square Nizami Street (Pedestrian Street) / Seredek / Bine Market". 
  • Proceed back for dinner.
  • Overnight stay in Baku hotel 

Day -3

  • Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel, and depart to Gabala. 
  • From Baku to Gabala 200 Kms. Will take approx 4 Hours to reach 
  • Including rest on the shore of Nokhur lake where the guests 
  • Can enjoy breathing the fresh air and wondering at the dazzling, Views of the mountains. 
  • Post Tour Proceed for the Dinner at Indian restaurant. 
  • Overnight stay in hotel at Baku 

Day -4

  • After breakfast, checkout from Hotel & transfer to Baku international Airport. 
  • Depart for India via Sharjah. Lunch & dinner shall be served in flight or at airport. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Airfare is included upto 60 days advance purchase in the price and is chargeable as per the fare applicable on the date of travel.
  • The air fare being highly dynamic is chargeable as applied at the time of actual booking, which may be different from the fare quoted.
  • Grant of visa is the prerogative of respective embassies as per their own discretion. In the case of failure to get a visa, cancellation charges will still be applicable.

Payment Policy

  •  Installment 1: 25% of the total tour cost at the time of confirmation
  •  Installment 2: 50% of the tour cost before 90 days from the date of departure.
  •  Installment 3: Balance 25% of the tour cost before 30 days from the date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation More than 90 days before the trip, 75% of the tours cost will be refundable
  • Cancellation 90 days to 60 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour cost would be refunded.
  • Cancellation 60 days to 30 days before the departure date, 25% of the tour cost would be refunded.
  • Cancellation 30 days before the departure date to no show, 0% of the tour cost would be refunded.
