From the ancient port city of Ephesus (Efes) to the soaring Byzantine dome of Aya Sofya, Turkey has more than its fair share of world-famous ruins and monuments. A succession of historical figures and empires – including the Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans – have all left their mark on this former stopover along the Silk Road.

• Extra luggage in the flight
• A train ticket is not included (Unless specified in our inclusions)
• Guide and driver charges to be paid directly
• Hotel City Taxes not included in any offer, if applicable in a particular city.
• Porter charges at the airport if required
• Any services missed due to delays caused by the group or traffic conditions will not be refunded or re-arranged. But the emergency team can check the possibility of accommodating the request depending upon the next day itinerary.
• Early check-in and late check-out charges of the hotel
• Minibar or room service in the hotel
• Any additional food /Snacks/beverages apart from mentioned in the inclusions
• Any additional tours/transfers/ activities apart from mentioned in the program
• Any kind of personal expenses
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

NOTES:

• For every 15 paid students, 1 teacher will be accompanying
• The above-mentioned costing is for a minimum group size of 40 Students.
• Price can vary according to the group size
• Price can change if the airfare and other price change at the time of confirmation
• Though we take utmost care for visa processing the final granting of visa is in the hand of Immigration. Immigration can ask additional documents apart from the normal documents.
• If due to any reason Immigration doesn't grant a visa, the visa processing cost must be borne by the participant
• Above mentioned flight details are indicative and can be changed as per the availability
• Above rates are not valid during the fair period, special events, conferences, exhibitions, Public holidays, X-mas & New Year’s period are excluded and only bookable on request at higher rates.
• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all the mentioned services will remain unchanged.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISA :

• Original passport is valid at least for 06 months.
• Visa form as attached
• NOC from School/ College from the dean with his Signatory, name, and Designation should mention below along with original company seal on letterhead
• An original salary slips for the last six months of pax along with original company seal on salary slips if (EMPLOYEE).
• Statement for the last 06 months till the dated of the personnel along with bank seal if working salary should be reflecting on his bank statement balance above 1 lack.
• IT returns if available for 3 yrs
• Form 16 for 3 yrs
• Covering letter on Plain paper with designation of pax, the purpose of traveling, travel dates and who will bear all expenses during the trip along
• If they are doing business , then Indian company registration copy require and we have to do Notary n Mantralay on that copy as per the Turkey consulate rules [If Company Owner is traveling] for proprietor, and Director firm for Partnership firm we need company registration copy and partnership deeds copy and we have to do notary n Mantralay on both (Here Notary cost will be additional @ 1500 Per passport extra)
• If businessman: then Original Bank Statement for the last 06 months till the dated of the company
• Two recent colored photographs sized 2.5 X 2.5 inch, matt finish with white background and 80% face coverage for visa processing. Photographs should be not more than 3 months old, Scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

• Kindly follow the instructions to access the detailed itinerary, Project specifications, payment details, booking procedure and to make the payments through our payment gateway.
• After making the payment, handover the invoice to the tour coordinator

PAYMENT TERMS & MODE OF PAYMENT:

• Payment mode and payment party details will be forwarded to you once the trip is confirmed
• Installment 1: 25% of the total tour cost at the time of confirmation
• Installment 2: 50% of the tour cost before 90 days from the date of departure.
• Installment 3: Balance 25% of the tour cost before 30 days from the date of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour in charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

• Cancellation More than 90 days before the trip, 75% of the cost of the tour will be refundable
• Cancellation 90 days to 60 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 days to 30 days before the departure date, 25% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 30 days before the departure date to no show, 0% of the tour cost would be refunded
