  • All payments should be strictly only through crazy holidays payment gateway. For payments made to any other a/c other than crazy holidays, crazy holidays will not be held responsible, once payment had been successfully completed the student should submit the invoice to the concern teacher. By any chance you had not received the invoice kindly contact crazy holidays representative on lakshmi@crazyholidays.in and make sure the invoice has been received.

    * All our front-line staff, tour managers, operations staffs and vendors are briefed and updated on the COVID 19 policies as per the WHO norms and included in the work flow to ensure that the same is adhered and executed as per the Standard Operating Procedures in order to assure a safe and enjoyable travel experience.

    SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

    We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we  cannot be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any independent agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act of God or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator who are the company's Independent Contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

    We are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, or / and any act or actions of co-traveller, co-passenger which may result in availing the services on the tour.


    CANCELLATION POLICY DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL TOURS PROGRAMMS 

    Cancellations are effective from the date written intimation is received by the Tour In-Charge / School Office.
    Cancellations will not be accepted orally or over the phone. Any applicable refund will be processed within 21 days after the completion of the tour.

    1. 25 Days or more days Before date of departure –40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
    2. 24  to 18 days before date of departure  – 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
    3. 17 to 11 days before the date of departure  – 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
    4. Less than 10 days  before the date of departure  –100% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
    5. In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100
