This fun-filled yet structured program aims to instill vital life skills in students through curated outdoor experiences.

OBJECTIVE: To empower students with interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills by immersing them in engaging team-building tasks and leisure-based interactions that promote self-awareness, collaboration, and critical thinking.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: This full-day offsite learning journey at a carefully selected resort combines structured team-building activities with recreational exposure. Divided into multiple sessions, the program ensures every student explores all facets of personal and social development.

07:00 AM – Departure from School
As the first rays of morning light paint the sky, students gather eagerly at school, ready for a day of excitement and growth.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast
Students are welcomed with a hearty buffet breakfast to energize them for the activities ahead.

Groups switch, ensuring balanced exposure to both activities and recreation, fostering inclusivity and whole-group bonding.

11:30 AM – RETURN TO CAMPSITE | REFRESHMENTS
Relax with fresh juices and snacks in a peaceful setting.

12:30 PM – LUNCH
Enjoy a wholesome lunch and bonding through shared mealtime.

01:30 PM – Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt
Students either complete pending activities or showcase their talents in an energizing talent hunt session – nurturing self-expression and confidence.

02:30 PM – Dance with DJ David Cool
An energy-packed celebration with music and movement – a joyful way to wrap up the experience.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks
Light refreshments served before departure

Step 1: Finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice. Contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: After confirmation and school approval, a payment circular will be issued along with "Track My Tour" details.
Step 3: Once registration is complete, we’ll provide a final revised itinerary.
Step 4: Submit necessary documents on school letterhead, coordinated through your assigned school tour coordinator.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
