DAY 1: BANGALORE – HYDERABAD

  • Activity: “Train Tales” – Travelogue Journaling
    Students begin a travel journal, noting initial observations and expectations.

DAY 2: HYDERABAD

05:40 AM: Arrival at Kacheguda Railway Station

06:00 AM: Transfer to Hotel

06:20 AM: Arrival and Check-in at Hotel (Subject to availability standard check in around 2pm)

09:40 AM: Proceed to Salar Jung Museum

10:00 AM: Visit Salar Jung Museum

  • Learning Focus: Evolution of global civilizations, storytelling through artifacts
  • Activity: “Curator’s Eye” – Museum Sketch & Storyboard Students sketch an artifact and write a short story or history behind it
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil, Eraser, Color Pencil

11:45 AM: Proceed to Charminar

12:00 PM: Visit Charminar

  • Learning Focus: Indo-Islamic architecture, symmetry, arches, geometry in design
  • Activity: Design your own mini-monument inspired by Charminar using geometric shapes and symmetry rules.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil, Eraser

01:00 PM: Return to Hotel for Lunch

03:30 PM: Visit Golconda Fort

  • Learning Focus: Medieval fort design, sound acoustics, defense strategy
  • Activity: “Whispers of the Fort” – Sound Experiment Challenge Explore how sound travels from the gate to the top of the fort using claps and whistles.

04:30 PM: Proceed to Lumbini Park and Hussain Sagar Lake

05:00 PM: Visit Lumbini Park and Hussain Sagar Lake and Boating

  • Learning Focus: Urban Ecology, Water Bodies, and Environmental Conservation

(The students also enjoy a mesmerizing dance cruise, where they dance and celebrate the day's adventures)

DAY 3: HYDERABAD

07:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up

09:00 AM: Proceed to Birla Mandir

10:00 AM: Visit Birla Mandir

  • Learning Focus: Marble architecture, values in mythology
  • Activity: “Peace Postcards” – Gratitude Writing Students write postcards reflecting on inner peace and their experience so far
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil, Eraser

01:30 PM: Proceed to Nehru Zoological Park

02:30 PM: Visit Nehru Zoological Park

  • Learning Focus: Animal classification, habitats, endangered species
  • Activity: “Open Mic: My Hyderabad Highlight” – Reflections & Public Speaking each student shares their favorite learning moment.

04:00 PM: Snacks and Juice

06:00 PM: Report at Kacheguda Railway Station

07:05 PM: Departure to Bangalore by Train

DAY 4: BANGALORE

06:25 AM: Arrival at Bangalore City Railway Station

The train arrives back in Bangalore. The students disembark their hearts and minds enriched by the experiences of an unforgettable journey. They head home, ready to share their adventures with family and friends.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility An online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and  Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Any expense of personal nature (like professional still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, water sports, food and beverage not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
