Shore Temple is so called because it stands on the shores of Coromandel Coast on the Bay of Bengal at Mahabalipuram. It is a temple complex and has very distinctive features unlike other temples of the period.
TRIMURTI CAVE TEMPLE: A study about the architecture and History of the pallava dynasty. The temples are dedicated to Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. There is also a Durga Panel and Elephants Panel. The doors are flanked by Dwarapalakas in narrow panels.
