INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This experiential learning visit provides students a first-hand look at the real-time operations of an industrial food manufacturing unit – Dairy Classic Ice Creams Private Limited. The program is designed to build awareness, curiosity, and knowledge about the processes behind food production while promoting critical thinking and reflective learning.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the industrial production process of ice cream. To learn the importance of hygiene, automation, quality control, and supply chain in the food industry. To instill an appreciation of teamwork and efficiency in large-scale operations

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: This one-day guided factory tour will give students a peek into the behind-the-scenes of a popular dairy product manufacturing company. Students will interact with industry professionals, observe modern food processing machinery, and participate in a quiz session to reinforce their learning.

08:00 AM – Departure from School: Departure from School/College (after having breakfast at home).

09:30 AM – Arrival at Dairy Classic Ice Creams Pvt. Ltd. Ready to explore the delicious world of ice cream!

10:00 AM – Dairy Classic Ice Creams Private Limited tour with our resource person explaining about the production process.

  • Learning Focus- Entrepreneurship, creativity, branding basics.
  • Activity: Students design their own ice cream brand, logo, flavor, and tagline.
  • What to Carry: A4 sheet, crayons/pencils.

11:30 AM – Quiz Competition (based on the visit) – Prizes for winners: A fun-filled quiz competition was held after the visit, testing students’ knowledge with exciting questions—winners were thrilled to receive prizes for their brilliance!

11:45 AM – Snacks: Delicious snacks served to all students, providing a refreshing break and adding joy to the learning experience.

12:05 PM – Departure to School: After a fun-filled and educational day, students head back to school.

02:00 PM – Arrival at School: Return with joyful memories, a head full of knowledge, and stories to tell.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
