INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This educational field trip offers students a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating world of toy manufacturing. It combines hands-on learning, industrial exposure, and fun-filled activities, all within a safe and well-managed environment.

OBJECTIVE: To introduce students to the basic principles of manufacturing and the toy production process. To encourage observation, critical thinking, and reflection. To promote teamwork through quizzes and group-based interaction.

WHY IT MATTERS: Early exposure to real-world industries helps students bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application. Visiting a toy factory aligns with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education by showing how various disciplines come together in the creation of everyday products.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: Students will tour a toy manufacturing unit where they will learn about the end-to-end production process. Interact with professionals and understand the machinery and tools used. Engage in a fun and informative quiz competition. Reflect on their learning and discuss takeaways post-visit.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM – Departure from School

09:30 AM – Arrival at Toy Unit Factory

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Guided Factory Tour by Resource Person explaining production process

  • Learning Focus- Communication, curiosity, real-world interaction..
  • Activity: Students ask one question each to the factory staff about toy making.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/Pencils.

11:00 AM – Quiz Competition – Prizes for winners: An engaging quiz competition will be conducted after the factory tour, testing students’ learning. Excitement peaked as winners were awarded prizes, celebrating their curiosity, attentiveness, and understanding of the visit.

11:10 AM – Snacks: Tasty snacks will be served to all students, adding delight and energy to the educational experience.

11:30 AM – Departure from Factory to School: Students departed from the factory to school, filled with new knowledge and memorable hands-on learning experiences.

01:00 PM – Arrival at School: Students arrived safely at school, enriched with valuable insights and experiences from the educational industrial visit.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: Students will gain firsthand exposure to industrial operations, enhancing their understanding of how toys are designed and manufactured. The visit fosters curiosity, observation skills, teamwork, and critical thinking through interactive sessions like quizzes. PROGRAMME REGULATIONS:

  • Max Students per Day: 100 (divided into per batch of 30 Students)
  • Batch Duration: 30 minutes per group of 30
  • Total time at venue not exceeding 2 hours.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
