06:30 AM: Departure from School
In the early morning light, students gather at the school, their eyes sparkling with excitement. They board a private coach, their anticipation for the day’s adventures palpable as they set off on their magical journey to the resort.

08:30 AM: Arrival at Resort
The coach arrives at a picturesque resort nestled in the heart of nature. The fresh mountain air and serene surroundings instantly invigorate the students, setting the tone for a day filled with fun and learning.

08:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A delightful buffet breakfast is served in a charming outdoor setting. The students enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, fueling up for the exciting day ahead amidst the tranquil ambiance of the resort.

ICE BREAKING ACTIVITY-Fun filled activities designed to get to know each other in the team well and assures to achieve better performance from each of the participants

ACTIVITY 1- A fun activity that brings the importance of DELEGATION & DIRECTION. A skill that has to be mastered by every leader

ACTIVITY 2- This activity brings to you the importance of COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION…and how far it goes in assuring your success

ACTIVITY 3- This game brings you the importance of FOCUS AND COORDINATION

ACTIVITY 4-This activity helps you to know how fast you could LEARN A NEW SKILL that prepares you for the next level of adventure

ACTIVITY 5- This team building activity can show exactly how well your team COMMUNICATES, COORDINATES, FOCUSES AND SYNERGIES to achieve a common objective

ACTIVITY 6- This game helps to have a better understanding on your REFLEXES AND FOCUS LEVEL

ACTIVITY 7- This activity helps you to know what it means to SYNERGIZE & how it affects team performance

09:45 AM: Group 2-Sports and Games
Students engage in a thrilling cricket or football match, or treasure hunt (ANY ONE). Indoor and outdoor games further add to the excitement.

09:45 AM: Group 3-Adventure Activities
Zip-lining, high rope activities, and low rope activities provide an adrenaline rush, testing the students’ courage and agility.

11:00 AM: Group Shuffle
The groups shuffle, giving everyone a chance to experience the different activities and maximize their learning and fun.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A sumptuous buffet lunch awaits, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. The students enjoy their meal, sharing stories and highlights from the morning’s adventures.

01:30 PM: Continuation of Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt
Students either continue with the remaining activities or participate in a vibrant talent hunt, showcasing their unique skills and creativity.

02:30 PM: Dance with DJ David Cool
The afternoon heats up as DJ David Cool spins lively tracks. The students dance with joy, creating unforgettable memories.

03:30 PM: Evening Snacks
A delightful assortment of evening snacks is served, providing a perfect break as the students relax and recharge.

04:00 PM: Departure to School
With hearts full of joy and minds brimming with new experiences, the students board the coach for the journey back to school. They share their adventures, already dreaming of their next magical outing.

06:45 PM: Arrival at School
The coach arrives back at the school, and the students disembark, tired but thrilled. They are greeted by their parents, eager to hear all about the day’s magical adventures.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be overcrowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49-Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49-seater deluxe coach or one 35-seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
NB: TO PAY MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS COMPULSORY AS WE ARE CONFIRMING THE SAME NUMBERS TO THE VENDORS  


BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
