DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

 

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school. Introduction by school staff and tour coordinator.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast: A hearty breakfast prepares students for an energetic day ahead.

09:45 AM – Group Activities Begin

Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:

  • What went well?
  • What could have been done differently?
  • How does this apply to real-life situations?

Activities:

  1. Ice-Breaker Games – Boost camaraderie and ease into the group setting.
  2. Delegation & Direction – Emphasizing clarity in leadership.
  3. Communication & Coordination – Experiencing the power of clear interaction.
  4. Focus & Coordination Game – Concentration meets strategy.
  5. Skill Adaptation Challenge – Learning how to pick up a new skill fast.
  6. Synergy Game – Test the team's holistic cooperation.
  7. Reflexes & Focus Game – Reacting under pressure.
  8. Resource Management Game – Utilizing limited tools for a shared goal.
  9. Creative Planning Challenge – Encouraging innovative thinking and execution.

Group 2 – Resort Recreational Activities, Rotational access to:

Enjoy indoor and outdoor games, promoting wellness, bonding, and relaxation.

Group 3 –  Adventure Zone

Engage in Archery & 8 Rope Activities (e.g., Burma Bridge, Zipline, Commando Net), promoting courage, coordination, and strategic thinking.

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle: All students rotate to experience both learning and fun-based modules.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch: A time to rest and recharge with a variety of cuisines.

01:30 PM – Talent Hunt or Remaining Activities: An opportunity for students to showcase their passions: music, dance, poetry, art, or join in final activities they missed earlier.

02:30 PM – Dance Party with Emcee: Celebrate the day with a high-energy dance session hosted by an engaging emcee.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Light refreshments for a perfect wind-down.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board the bus with experiences to share and new skills to apply.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.
To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.
NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
