05:30 AM: Reporting at School
As the first light of day begins to illuminate the sky, students gather at the school, packed breakfasts in hand and eager smiles on their faces. The excitement for the day's adventure is palpable as they prepare to embark on a journey filled with discovery and learning.

05:45 AM: Departure from School
The bus departs, and the students settle in, their conversations buzzing with anticipation. The journey is filled with laughter and camaraderie, setting the tone for a day of exploration and growth.

06:00 AM: Breakfast on the Bus
While the sun rises, students enjoy a nutritious breakfast on the bus, the warmth of the food and the company of friends making the ride even more enjoyable. The day’s adventure is just beginning, and spirits are high.

06:30 AM: Orientation for the Programme
Upon arrival, students gather for an engaging orientation. They learn about the day's trek and the educational goals of the program, their enthusiasm building as they prepare for the immersive experience ahead.

07:00 AM: Arrival at BM-Betta Trek Start Point
The bus arrives at the BM-Betta trek start point, and the students step out into the fresh, crisp air. The lush landscape and towering hills beckon, promising a day of excitement and learning.

07:45 AM: Trekking at BM-Betta
The trek begins, and students embark on an unforgettable adventure through the scenic BM-Betta Hills. As they climb and navigate the terrain, they engage in team-building activities, enhance their leadership skills, and deepen their environmental awareness. The trek is a blend of physical challenge and educational enrichment, offering a transformative experience that fosters personal growth and resilience.

11:30 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
The trek concludes as the students return to the base, their faces glowing with accomplishment and new knowledge. The journey has been both physically rewarding and intellectually stimulating, leaving them eager to reflect on their experiences.

11:45 AM: Departure to School After Snacks & Juice
The students enjoy a well-deserved snack and refreshing juice before boarding the bus. They chat animatedly about their favorite moments, their hearts and minds full of the day’s adventures.

01:00 PM: Arrival at School
The bus arrives back at school, and students disembark, excited to share their stories. They return with newfound skills, a deeper connection to nature, and cherished memories of a day well spent.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
