INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: The BM-Betta Trek Programme is an immersive outdoor learning experience that connects students with nature while promoting teamwork, personal growth, and environmental responsibility. Designed to take learning beyond the classroom, the trek offers students an engaging platform to explore, reflect, and develop essential life skills.

OBJECTIVE: To provide students with a structured, nature-based experience that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, self-awareness, and environmental consciousness through active exploration and guided reflections.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

05:00 AM – Reporting at School (with Packed Breakfast): Students assemble with packed breakfasts, full of excitement and anticipation.

05:10 AM – Departure from School: The journey begins with laughter and chatter as the students head toward Makalidurga.

06:00 AM – Enjoy Breakfast in the Bus: Students enjoy breakfast together as the morning light paints the sky.

06:45 AM – Orientation for the Programme: Students are briefed on itinerary, safety guidelines, and team expectations.

07:00 AM – Arrival at BM-Betta Trek Start Point: Fresh mountain air welcomes the group as they prepare to ascend.

07:15 AM – Substantial Refreshments (Heavy Snacks): Nutritious snacks are served to energize students for the upcoming trek.

07:45 AM – Trekking at BM-Betta: A guided trek that challenges the body and mind. Team activities during rest points.

Students embark on the BM-Betta forest Trek, integrating experiential learning through:

11:00 AM – Return to Base Point: Students descend, sharing reflections, laughter, and stories of their climb.

11:30 AM – Departure to School: The return journey is filled with laughter, reflections, and shared memories.

01:30 PM – Arrival @ School: Students return, proud of their achievements and excited to share their stories.

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
