DAY 01: BANGALORE – CHIKKAMAGALURU

05:00 AM: Departure from School
As dawn breaks, a group of excited students gathers at their school, their eyes sparkling with anticipation. They board a luxurious private AC coach, eager to embark on their magical journey to Chikkamagaluru. The coach, enchanted with comforts and soft music, glides smoothly through the morning mist, creating an aura of wonder.

07:30 AM: Breakfast on the Way
As the sun rises higher, casting golden hues across the landscape, the students enjoy a delicious breakfast. The aroma of freshly prepared food fills the coach, energizing everyone for the adventures ahead.

10:00 AM: Visit Shravanabelagola
The coach arrives at Shravanabelagola, nestled in the Hassan district of Karnataka. The majestic statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali, standing tall as the largest monolithic statue in the world, captivates the students. The unique architectural style and serene ambiance of this revered Jain site leave them in awe. They learn that "Shravanabelagola" means "Monk of the White Pond," a fitting name for this peaceful place.

11:00 AM: Visit Halebidu Hoysaleshwara Temple
The students are enchanted by the intricate carvings and the rich history of the Hoysaleshwara Temple. The ancient ruins whisper tales of a bygone era, and the students are transported back to the 12th and 13th centuries.

11:00 AM: Snacks & Juice
A quick refreshment break with snacks and juice re-energizes the students for the next part of their journey.

12:30 PM: Lunch at Hassan

A sumptuous lunch is served at a cozy restaurant in Hassan, where the students enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, preparing them for the afternoon explorations.

01:30 PM: Proceed to Belur
The journey continues as the coach takes the students to Belur, a town famous for its magnificent temple complex.

02:30 PM: Visit Belur Chennakeshava Temple
The architectural marvels of the Chennakeshava Temple leave the students spellbound. They marvel at the intricate carvings and learn about the rich history and artistry of the Hoysalas. The temples of Belur and Halebidu are often mentioned together due to their similar styles and close proximity.

03:30 PM: Visit to Yegachi Dam
The adventure continues with a visit to Yegachi Dam, where students can enjoy water sports (at their own expense) and the stunning surroundings.

04:30 PM: Departure to Chikkamagaluru
The coach departs for Chikkamagaluru, with the students eagerly anticipating the next destination.

04:45 PM: Snacks & Juice
Another refreshment break with snacks and juice ensures the students remain energized.

06:00 PM: Check-in at Hotel
The students arrive at their hotel in Chikkamagaluru, where they check in and freshen up, excited for the evening activities.

05:00 PM: Free to Enjoy Resort Facilities
The students explore the resort facilities, enjoying games, relaxation, and the beautiful surroundings.

07:00 PM: Campfire & Party Games
As the sun sets, a campfire is lit, and the students engage in party games and share stories, creating unforgettable memories (subject to weather conditions).

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

A delicious buffet dinner is served, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy every palate.

09:30 PM: Lights Off
After a day filled with excitement and adventure, the students retire to their rooms, ready for a good night's sleep.

DAY 02: CHIKKAMAGALURU - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students wake up early, refreshed and ready for another day of exploration.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast & Check Out
A hearty breakfast is enjoyed, and the students check out of the hotel, ready for the day's adventures.

08:00 AM: Proceed to Baba Budangiri or Mullayanagiri
The journey continues to Baba Budangiri or Mullayanagiri. Baba Budangiri, with its lush forests and cultural significance, offers thrilling trekking experiences. Mullayanagiri, the highest peak in Karnataka, boasts panoramic views and a moderate trek suitable for beginners, making both destinations ideal for adventurous school trips.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delicious buffet lunch is served at a nearby hotel or restaurant, re-energizing the students for the afternoon activities.

01:00 PM: Visit Coffee Museum
The students visit the Coffee Museum, where they learn about the history, cultivation, and processing of coffee. The rich aroma and fascinating exhibits make for an engaging and educational experience.

02:00 PM: Departure to Bangalore

The coach departs for Bangalore, with the students reflecting on their unforgettable journey.

03:30 PM: Snacks & Juice
A final refreshment break with snacks and juice keeps the students energized for the remainder of the trip.

07:30 PM: Arrival at School
The students arrive back at school, their hearts and minds filled with memories of an incredible adventure, ready to share their stories with friends and family.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transportation by A/C private Coach to visit the sightseeing places Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (veg/non veg) as per package, Snacks (Morning and Evening light snacks) Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotel (FOUR sharing basis}, Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature: like still or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, extra food, beverages like coffee, tea usage of mini bar in the hotel, Sightseeing or any other activities or expenses which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
