Imagine your child embarking on a magical adventure that starts with an exciting departure from school, leading to an immersive visit to Prani - The Pet Sanctuary. There, your child will engage in an interactive program with a variety of animals, fostering a deep connection with nature and wildlife. Following this, they will participate in a fun quiz competition, with prizes for the winners, encouraging both learning and friendly competition. After enjoying tasty snacks, the journey concludes with a return to school, filled with new knowledge and cherished memories. This unique experience promises to be educational, engaging, and utterly delightful!

07:00 AM – DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL

Begin the day’s adventure with an exciting departure from school, setting the stage for a day filled with exploration and learning.

08:30 AM – ARRIVAL AT RESORT AND BUFFET BREAKFAST
Arriving at the serene resort, students are greeted by the inviting aroma of a lavish buffet breakfast. Surrounded by picturesque views, they indulge in delicious treats, energizing themselves for the day's exploration.

10:00 AM - VISIT PRANI - THE PET SANCTUARY

Arrive at Prani - The Pet Sanctuary, where children will discover a world of furry friends and exotic animals, immersing themselves in a unique and enriching experience.

10:15 AM - INTERACTION PROGRAMME WITH ANIMALS

Engage in an interactive program with the animals at the sanctuary, learning about their habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts, fostering a deeper appreciation for wildlife.

11:00 AM - QUIZ COMPETITION & PRIZE FOR THE WINNERS 

Participate in a fun and educational quiz competition, where knowledge meets excitement, and winners are rewarded for their achievements. Afterward, prepare for the return journey to school.

11:30 AM – DEPARTURE BACK TO RESORT

Bid farewell to the sanctuary, carrying with your memories of a day filled with learning, fun, and memorable interactions with animals.

12:30 PM - ARRIVAL AT RESORT AND BUFFET LUNCH
Returning to the resort, a sumptuous buffet lunch awaits. Students share stories and laughter, reliving moments of discovery and camaraderie.

01:30 AM – ENJOYING RESORT FACILITIES

SWIMMING POOL, RAIN DANCE, INDOOR AND OUT DOOR ACTIVITIES

03:30 PM – SNACKS AND JUICE 
A delightful break offers refreshing snacks and juice, replenishing energy for the remaining adventures of the day.

04:00 PM – DEPARTURE BACK TO SCHOOL
With hearts full of cherished memories and newfound friendships, students bid farewell to the resort. The journey homeward is filled with laughter and reflections on a day brimming with exploration and joy.

05:30 PM – ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL
Returning to school, students carry with them not just souvenirs but a treasure trove of experiences. Their minds enriched, their spirits uplifted, they eagerly share tales of a day where learning met adventure in the most magical of ways.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in 


NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL from your end

 

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 


THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
