INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This programme blends outdoor adventure, rural life exploration, cultural exchange, and teambuilding activities in a refreshing and enriching day at GK Hill View Resort and Mudrakallu Village. Students will trek, connect with local students, play meaningful team games, and reflect on collaboration and empathy.

OBJECTIVE: To immerse students in nature and rural experiences while developing leadership, collaboration, and social awareness through experiential learning.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: Hosted at GK Hill View Resort and nearby Mudrakallu Village, the programme includes a guided village walk, trekking, talent exchange with local students, and structured resort-based teambuilding games. 06:00 AM – Departure from School: Begin the journey to GK Hill View Resort.

07:45 AM – Arrival at GK Hill View Resort: Welcome and preparation for the day’s activities.

08:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast: Enjoy a healthy and energizing breakfast.

08:30 AM – Village Walk @ Mudrakallu Village: Explore village life, culture, and traditional practices.

09:30 AM – Trekking at Anjenaya Betta: Engage in a guided nature trek to promote fitness and exploration.

10:30 PM – Juice and Snacks: Quick refreshment break to stay energized.

11:30 AM – Interaction & Talent Hunt with Govt. School Students: Share performances and ideas, promoting empathy and bonding.

12:30 PM – Lunch @ GK Hill View Resort: Enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch.

01:30 PM – Group Activities Round 1:

• Group 1: Resort Activities (Rope games, obstacle course, etc.): Experience fun and engaging resort activities.
• Group 2: Team Building Games (Outdoor collaboration-based challenges): Learn teamwork through structured, competitive activities.

02:30 PM – Group Activities Round 2 (Groups Switched): Switch groups and repeat the activities for full participation.

03:30 PM – Certificate & Prize Distribution: Recognition of participation, talent, and team spirit.

03:45 PM – High Tea and Snacks: Light refreshments before departure.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Return journey to school.

06:00 PM – Arrival at School: Students arrive back safely after a fulfilling experience.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
