INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This one-day experiential learning journey is designed to provide students with a perfect blend of adventure, teamwork, leadership, and self-discovery. Set in a vibrant and natural resort environment, students will engage in carefully curated activities to build core life skills through fun and immersive challenges.

OBJECTIVE: To develop essential life skills such as leadership, communication, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and emotional intelligence through structured, fun-filled group activities.

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school. Introduction by school staff and tour coordinator.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast: A hearty breakfast prepares students for an energetic day ahead.

09:45 AM – Group Activities Begin

Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:

  • How does this apply to real-life situations?

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle: All students rotate to experience both learning and fun-based modules.

01:30 PM – Remaining Activities: Students participate in the modules they haven’t explored yet, ensuring full exposure to all educational and experiential elements of the programme.

02:30 PM – Dance Party with Emcee: Celebrate the day with a high-energy dance session hosted by an engaging emcee.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Light refreshments for a perfect wind-down.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board the bus with experiences to share and new skills to apply.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School: Arrival back at school marks the end of an unforgettable journey, with students eager to share their experiences.

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
