Visit- KODAI LAKE- Created in 1863; the unique feature of the manmade Kodai Lake is its star-like shape. The green meadows surrounding its crystal blue waters make for a beautiful sight. You can enjoy a family picnic on the banks or opt for a thrilling boat ride

Buffet lunch followed by check in at hotel [Early check in are subject to availability, Standard check in time is 12:00 NOON]

Proceed to visit BRYANT PARK

Visit BRYANT PARK -Kodaikanal Lake's eastern side, Bryant Park is one of the most colorful attractions of Kodaikanal. Sprawling in an expanse of 20.5 acres, this park was established by H. D. Bryant (a forest officer from Madurai) in the year 1908. Boasting of over 325 species of trees, cactuses and shrubs, this park appears like a gorgeous rainbow when all its flowers bloom.

Proceed to visit SHENBAGANUR MUSEUM

Visit SHENBAGANUR MUSEUM: is maintained by the Sacred Heart College – Theological Seminary founded in 1895. It is devoted to archaeological remains and the flora and fauna of the hills. One of the best orchidariums in the country, with more than 300 species of orchids, is also housed here. A Spanish Father Ugarthe contributed his major collections to the Museum.

Proceed to visit SILVER CASCADE FALLS. [Subject to water level]

Arrival and visit SILVER CASCADE FALLS-In the year 1863 Madurai's British Collector Sir Vere Henry Levinge dammed waters of three streams to construct an artificial lake which is the present lake in Kodaikanal. The excess water collected here is channeled through a stream which creates the silver cascade waterfall.

DAY- 2 KODAIKANAL - COIMBATORE

Proceed to visit COAKER’S WALK

Visit COAKER’S WALK: - It is a narrow pedestrian path, constructed by Lt. Coaker in 1872, a one-kilometer mountain road which runs along the edge of steep slopes on the southern side of Kodai Road which is 1/2km away from Kodai. The walk winding around Mt. Nebo starts near van Allen hospital and joins the main road above St. Peter's Church provides a wide-angle spectacular view of the plains.

TELESCOPE HOUSE- At the northern tip of the Coaker's Walk is a Telescope House which was developed for the benefit of the tourists. The Kodaikanal Terrestrial Telescope is capable of covering a wide panorama including: Sothupparai Dam, Vaigai Dam, Periyakulam and Varaha river.

Proceed to PILLAR ROCKS

Arrival and visit PILLAR ROCKS-Pillar Rocks, located at a distance of 8 km from the lake tower, is one of the famous tourist attractions. At this attraction, tourists can see three granite boulders that are standing vertically shoulder to shoulder. Measuring a height of around 400 ft. from the ground, these pillars are known for offering bird's eye view of the surrounding beautiful vistas. The chambers that are between the two pillars are also known as Devil's Kitchen.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB:Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transportation by private Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels on FOUR sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour Cost Does Not Include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini fridge in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities like water sports adventure sports etc. which are not mentioned in the package.

  • This is just a quotation, as of now we are not holding any booking. Hotel, Transportation, Air Tickets and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
  • For a group of every 10 students 1 Teacher will be escorting the group.
  • Crazy Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit as per availability without changing the total number of days in destination and without compromising with any services.

* All our front-line staff, tour managers, operations staffs and vendors are briefed and updated on the COVID 19 policies as per the WHO norms and included in the work flow to ensure that the same is adhered and executed as per the Standard Operating Procedures in order to assure a safe and enjoyable travel experience.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we  cannot be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any independent agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any service provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator who are the company's Independent Contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

We are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, or / and any act or actions of co-traveller, co-passenger which may result in availing the services on the tour.


CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUND APPLICABLE ONCE THE PARTICIPANT REGISTERED AND THE AMOUNT HAS PAID

CHECK OUT

Participants must be checked out their rooms along with their baggage as per check out time given by the Tour Manager.

INDEMNITY BOND

I have received the circular cum provisional Itinerary for the proposed educational tour. I have gone through the contents. I wish to send my Daughter for the proposed Educational tour. Neither the school nor the tour operator will be responsible for any untoward incident

I acknowledge that during the trip, if requires any alteration from the proposed plan due to weather conditions, Train / Flight delay, Road Blockage, or any other act of nature) the company have the right to take any decisions on behalf of the passengers. 

*Crazy Holidays reserves the right to cancel and or re-schedule or change the tour plan under force majeure situations like natural calamity, epidemic, terrorist disturbance etc. considering the safety of the tourists. No refund, fully or partially will be applicable under any circumstance in such force majeure situations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

No cancellation acceptable once the student has registered and initiated the payment

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
