DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:


06:30 AM – Departure from School
Students board a private coach. The journey begins with excitement and anticipation.

08:00 AM – Arrival at Resort
A scenic resort welcomes students with its lush surroundings and fresh mountain air.

08:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast
A delicious breakfast energizes students before the adventure begins.

09:00 AM – Nature Trek (Easy to Moderate Level)
Students trek through picturesque trails, learning about biodiversity, eco-conservation, and sustainability

10:00 AM – Group Activities Begin
Groups are divided for parallel sessions.

Groups rotate to experience the other set of activities.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch
A well-deserved meal break to rest, recharge, and connect with peers.

01:30 PM – Continue Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt
Students either complete pending sessions or participate in a Talent Hunt, showcasing creativity and confidence.

02:30 PM – Dance with DJ David Cool
A celebration of energy and joy with curated music that gets everyone moving!

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks
A light snack session to wrap up the day.

04:00 PM – Departure to School
Students reflect on their day during the return journey, cherishing memories made.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School
Parents welcome the young adventurers back, eager to hear their stories.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Finalize itinerary and travel dates. Contact our executive for availability confirmation.
Step 2: Once approved by the school, a payment circular is shared along with Track My Tour details.
Step 3: Upon registration confirmation, a revised final itinerary is issued.
Step 4: Required documents will be sent and collected via the school tour coordinator (on official school letterhead).

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.
To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.
NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
