DAY 01: BANGALORE - JAIPUR

01:05 PM: Departure from Bangalore to Jaipur-by-Jaipur Express Train (TRAIN NO. 12975) [Train runs only on Thursday & Saturday] Snacks and Dinner will be provided on board
As the train pulls out of the station, your child will be filled with a sense of adventure, starting their journey through the vibrant landscapes of India. Snacks and a delightful dinner will be served onboard as they settle in, chatting excitedly with friends and watching the countryside whiz by.

DAY 02: EN ROUTE TO JAIPUR

En route to Jaipur (Breakfast, Morning snacks, Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner will be provided on board)
Throughout the day, your child will experience the camaraderie of train travel, enjoying breakfast, lunch, and snacks with newfound friends. The rhythmic clatter of the train, coupled with the ever-changing views outside, will create a sense of journey and discovery. As evening falls, they’ll drift off to sleep, dreaming of the royal city awaiting them.

DAY 03: JAIPUR

06:30 AM: Arrival at Jaipur Railway Station
The train gently rolls into Jaipur, and the excitement builds as your child steps into the Pink City, rich in history and culture.

07:00 AM: Transfer to Hotel by private coach
A comfortable coach will transport them to their hotel, where they’ll freshen up for the day ahead.

08:00 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel
A hearty breakfast will fuel the day’s adventures, setting the tone for an exciting exploration.

09:00 AM: Visit Hawa Mahal
Your child will stand in awe before the magnificent Hawa Mahal, learning about its intricate architecture and the stories it holds.

01:30 PM: Visit Central Museum

04:30 PM: Free for Shopping

08:00 PM: Dinner at the Hotel
After a day full of learning and exploration, they’ll enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night, filled with excitement for the days to come.

09:00 PM: Retire for the Day
As the night deepens, the students retire for the day, drifting into a restful sleep with memories of the day's adventures dancing in their minds.

DAY 04: JAIPUR - JODHPUR

06:30 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day starts early, with a refreshing breakfast preparing your child for another day of exploration.

07:30 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel
The day begins with a delightful breakfast at the hotel, where students are greeted by an array of delicious dishes.

08:30 AM: Check – out at hotel
As students check out the hotel, the excitement is palpable as they step out, ready to embark on the next leg of their journey.

09:30 AM: Visit Amber Fort
They’ll step back in time at Amber Fort, exploring its majestic halls and courtyards, where the air is thick with tales of royalty and valor.

11:00 AM: Snacks
Mid-morning snacks are served as the journey continues, keeping the energy levels high as the students near their destination.

12:30 PM: Lunch will be provided at the nearby restaurant

03:00 PM: Transfer to Jodhpur
In the afternoon, the journey continues to Jodhpur, the Blue City. Along the way, they’ll enjoy snacks and dinner, sharing stories and building friendships.

As the sun begins its descent, students enjoy a delightful snack break during their journey.

08:30 PM: Dinner will be provided on the way

10:00 PM: Arrival at Hotel and Check – In
Upon arriving in Jodhpur, they’ll check into their hotel, ready for a restful night after a day of travel and excitement.

10:30 PM: Retire for the Day
Wrapped in the comfort of their rooms, they recharge, ready to greet the next day’s discoveries with renewed energy and excitement.

DAY 05: JODHPUR

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
A new day in Jodhpur begins, filled with the promise of more discoveries.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided at the Hotel
As the morning sun gently illuminates the room, students gather in the hotel’s dining area for a sumptuous breakfast.

09:30 AM: Visit Jaswant Thada
Your child will visit the serene Jaswant Thada, learning about its history and the royal family it commemorates.

11:00 AM: Snacks will be provided
As the day unfolds, students gather for a delightful snack break. The vibrant, cheerful setting makes this break a pleasant pause in their exciting journey.

12:15 PM: Back to Hotel
After a morning of exploration, the students return to the hotel, their minds buzzing with the marvels they've witnessed.

12:30 PM: Lunch at the Hotel
Students are welcomed to a sumptuous buffet lunch at the hotel, where an array of delectable dishes awaits.

02:30 PM: Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum
They’ll be mesmerized by the grandeur of Umaid Bhawan Palace, where they’ll explore the museum that tells the story of Jodhpur’s royal past.

04:00 PM: Snacks will be provided
As the day progresses, students gather for a delightful snack break, enjoying a selection of refreshing and energizing treats.

04:30 PM: Visit Umaid Gardens and Sadar Government Museum
The day continues with a visit to Umaid Gardens and Sadar Government Museum, where they’ll dive deeper into the art, culture, and history of Rajasthan.

06:30 PM: Back to the Hotel
As the day winds down, the students return to the hotel, their hearts full of the day’s adventures.

07:30 PM: Dinner at the Hotel

DAY 06: JODHPUR – BANGALORE

03:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
An early start marks the beginning of their journey back home, but not before one last adventure.

04:30 AM: Transfer to Jodhpur Junction Railway Station
In the stillness of the early morning, students gather their belongings, the anticipation of the journey ahead lighting up their faces. A private coach awaits, ready to whisk them through the quiet streets to Jodhpur Junction Railway Station.

05:00 AM: Reporting at Railway Station
Arriving at Jodhpur Junction Railway Station, the station is bustling with the quiet hum of early commuters. Students, with their bags packed and spirits high, report to the platform, ready to board their train back to Bangalore.

06:15 AM: Departure from Jodhpur by JU SBC Express (TRAIN NO. 16507) [Train Runs only on Thursday & Saturday] Breakfast, Morning snacks, Lunch Evening snacks and Dinner will be provided on board
As the train departs Jodhpur, they’ll carry with them memories of majestic forts, palaces, and the vibrant colors of Rajasthan. Students enjoy breakfast, lunch and snacks on board.

DAY 07: EN ROUTE BANGALORE

11:30 PM: Arrival at Bangalore City Railway Station
As the train pulls into Bangalore, your child will step off with a heart full of unforgettable experiences, ready to share their incredible journey with you.

The Tour Cost Includes: Onward & return Journey by Train – 3rd ac coach with student concession, Local Transportation by private ac Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip, 1 Night stay in camps on multiple sharing bases.

The Tour cost does not include: Transfer from school to railway station and transfer back from the railway station to the school, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages, usages of mini bar in the hotel Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked*

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late check out, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Since the Indian Railways had made the ticket reservations 4 months (120 days) in advance, for any itinerary with departure by train, we request you to kindly give the name list of the students and escorts  -WELL IN ADVANCE for this we SUGGEST you to forward the name list of the students and escorts who are “ EXPECTED” to attend the trip on the date of confirmation of the tour  itself , once the final name list is forwarded 30 days before the date of departure the tickets of those who are not travelling could be  CANCELLED–this is to make sure your journey more safe & comfortable
