09:00 AM: Reporting at School After Breakfast
After a hearty breakfast, students gather at school, their faces alight with anticipation for the scientific adventure that awaits.

09:30 AM: Departure from School
The excitement is palpable as the students board their private AC coach, embarking on their journey to the Curious City Science Center.

10:15 AM: Arrival at Curious City Science Center
The students arrive at the center, their curiosity piqued by the innovative and interactive exhibits that greet them.

10:45 AM: Participating in Learning-Based Science Workshop
They dive into the first segment of the workshop, engaging in hands-on activities that make science come alive, sparking imagination and fostering a deeper understanding of scientific principles.

12:30 PM: Lunch Provided
A delicious lunch is served, allowing the students to refuel and relax, sharing their excitement and discoveries with friends.

01:30 PM: Continue Remaining Workshop Activities
The adventure continues as the students delve into the next set of workshop activities, exploring new concepts and conducting experiments that enhance their learning experience.

03:00 PM: Snacks & Juice
A break for snacks and juice refreshes the students, giving them a boost of energy for the final leg of their journey.

03:30 PM: Departure to School
The students board the coach, their minds buzzing with new knowledge and memorable experiences from the day.

05:00 PM: Arrival at School
They arrive back at school, eager to share their exciting adventure with their families, their passion for science ignited and their hearts filled with unforgettable memories.

Curiosity is available only on Wednesday and Thursday every week, also after confirming the trips need to pay 30% advance payment.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49-Seater Non-AC Coach), Lunch, Snacks, and Use of science center Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include BREKFASAT Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”. .

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49-seater deluxe coach or one 35-seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

NB: TO PAY MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS COMPULSORY AS WE ARE CONFIRMING THE SAME NUMBERS TO THE VENDORS 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
