Students embark on an exciting day trip, engaging in animal feeding, interactive sessions with various animals, exploring a colorful aviary bird house, unleashing creativity in pottery making, and enjoying fun games. They bond with their peers and develop a deeper appreciation for wildlife and creativity. With hearty meals and vibrant activities, they return with new knowledge and unforgettable memories, ready to share their stories with family and friends.

7:30 AM - DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL

Students will embark on their exciting journey, leaving school with anticipation and excitement for the adventures that await them.

8:30 AM - ARRIVAL AND BREAKFAST

Upon arrival, students will enjoy a hearty breakfast, providing them with the energy needed for a fun-filled day of activities.

9:45 AM - DIVIDE THE GROUP INTO TEAMS AND ENJOY THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES

1.FEEDING ANIMALS: Students will have the unique opportunity to feed, learning about these gentle animals and their importance in agriculture.

2.ANIMAL INTERACTION: Interactive sessions with various animals will give students a hands-on learning experience, fostering a love and respect for wildlife.

12:30 PM - LUNCH

A delicious buffet lunch will be served, allowing students to refuel and relax before continuing with the day's activities.

1:30 PM - SHUFFLING THE GROUP AND REMAINING ACTIVITIES

Students will rotate through the activities they haven't experienced yet, ensuring everyone gets to participate in each exciting opportunity.

3:30 PM - SNACKS / DEPARTURE

Students will enjoy snacks, reflecting on their experiences and sharing stories with their friends as they prepare to head back to school.

4:30 PM - ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL

Students will return to school with a wealth of new knowledge, unforgettable memories, and stories to share with their families.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be overcrowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49-Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”. .

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49-seater deluxe coach or one 35-seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

NB: TO PAY MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS COMPULSORY AS WE ARE CONFIRMING THE SAME NUMBERS TO THE VENDORS 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
