A dynamic day-long experiential learning journey designed to ignite leadership, enhance communication, build strong teams, and create unforgettable memories through structured activities at a scenic resort.

6. Program Itinerary

07:00 AM – Departure from School

As the morning sun rises, students assemble at school, buzzing with excitement for the day ahead.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast

Enjoy a hearty and nutritious buffet breakfast to energize for the day's adventures.

09:45 AM – Start of Activities – Students divided into 3 groups and rotated:
Group 1: Team Building Activities – Theme: COMPETE & COLLABORATE

Structured set of 9 activities focused on delegation, communication, focus, reflexes, resourcefulness, and synergy.
Each activity is followed by reflection & critical thinking discussion with facilitators to connect experiences with real-life situations.

Group 2: Resort Recreation

Enjoy swimming pool, rain dance, indoor and outdoor games, promoting wellness, bonding, and relaxation.

Group 3: Adventure Zone

Engage in Archery & 8 Rope Activities (e.g., Burma Bridge, Zipline, Commando Net), promoting courage, coordination, and strategic thinking.

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle

Rotation of activities to ensure every student enjoys a complete blend of learning and leisure.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch

Savor a variety of delicious dishes in a relaxed setting with peers.

01:30 PM – Remaining Activities or Talent Hunt

Students continue pending activities or perform in a vibrant talent hunt, celebrating their creativity and confidence.

02:30 PM – Dance Party with DJ David Cool

A high-energy dance session to unwind, have fun, and build social bonds.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks

Light refreshments to wrap up the day on a flavorful note.

04:00 PM – Departure to School

Students leave with smiles, skills, and stories to tell.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School

Back at school, minds enriched, friendships strengthened, and confidence boosted.

12. CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE

Step 1: Finalize itinerary and date. Contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: Post confirmation, a circular and “Track My Tour” details will be shared.
Step 3: Once the student list is finalized, a revised final itinerary will be sent.
Step 4: Required documents will be collected via the school coordinator (on letterhead).

Track My Tour (Parent Safety & Engagement Feature)

  • Live bus tracking, photo/video updates
  • Only group photos will be uploaded after backend verification
  • Accessible only by school and parents via secure code
  • Opt-out available by emailing neha@crazyholidays.in

If no opt-out email is received, consent will be considered granted.

    RULES & REGULATIONS:
    Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


    Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

    We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

    THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED
    THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
    ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
    Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

    TRANSPORT:
    For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

    BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

    Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
    BREAKAGES:
    For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
    EXCLUSIVITY
    The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
