INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This program is designed to spark curiosity and engagement among students by exposing them to real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, and space exploration. Students will explore aerospace innovations, scientific principles, and interactive exhibits that align with their curriculum in an engaging, hands-on manner.

OBJECTIVE: To foster curiosity about aerospace, physics, and scientific innovations. To provide experiential learning through live demonstrations and museum visits. To encourage critical thinking and collaborative learning.

WHY IT MATTERS: In an age driven by technology and innovation, it’s essential for students to explore how science, engineering, and space technology shape our modern world. This trip provides insights into India's achievements in these areas and inspires students to consider STEM careers.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: A one-day curated educational field trip in Bangalore featuring three key institutions: HAL Heritage Centre & Aerospace Museum, Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM – Departure from School

08:00 AM – Breakfast Enroute: We’ll stop for a refreshing breakfast Enroute, offering local flavors and a hearty meal to energize us for the journey.

10:00 AM – Visit HAL Heritage Centre and Aerospace Museum

  • Learning Focus- Creativity, understanding aircraft parts, basics of aerodynamics.
  • Activity: After seeing real models, students sketch their own aircraft with unique features.
  • What to Carry: Notebooks, pens/pencils.

11:00 AM – Proceed to Planetarium

12:15 PM – Visit Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium - Space Show & Interactive Learning

  • Learning Focus- Understanding celestial movements, planets, stars, and constellations.
  • Activity: Have students note down 3 surprising facts they learn during the show.
  • What to Carry: Notebooks, pens/pencils.

01:30 PM – Lunch will be provided: A delicious and nutritious lunch will be provided to all students, ensuring they stay energized and refreshed during the day’s activities.

02:30 PM – Proceed to Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum.

03:00 PM – Visit Museum – Interactive Science Exhibits and Teambuilding Activities.

  • Learning Focus- Science history, creativity, public speaking.
  • Activity: Each student randomly picks an invention and gives clues while others guess it.
  • What to Carry: Printed slips with invention names (prepared beforehand), Notebooks, pens/pencils.

04:00 PM – Snacks: Time for a short snack break—relax, refresh, and re-energize before we continue our exciting journey!

04:15 PM – Depart back to School

05:30 PM – Arrival at School: Return with joyful memories, a head full of knowledge, and stories to tell.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
