• Cost of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, minibar charges, etc.
• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all the mentioned services will remain unchanged.
• Any other service or meal which is not mentioned in above inclusions.

Documents required for Visa:

• Original passport with 6 months validity from the date of arrival to Israel. Old Passports if any. 1 blank page required.
• 2 recent photos: 5.5mm X 5.5mm, white background, matt finish 80% face cover.
• Visa application form.
• Covering letter from the applicant introducing the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
• Original Leave letter from Employer / School / University.
• Confirm Hotel bookings.
• Air Tickets.
• Day to day itinerary.
• Overseas travel insurance.
• Income tax or Form 16 for the last 3 years.
• Original personal bank statements for last 6months updated with healthy and sufficient balance. Bank seal & sign on each and every page.
• Salary slips for last 3 months if employed.
• Company registration proof eg.Shop Act / MOA / Deed.
• One Photocopy of first and last page of the passport (in one page) one in color and one black and white.
• Visa Processing Time: 5-10 working days

Terms & Conditions

• Airfare is included up to 60 days advance purchase in the price and is chargeable as per the fare applicable on the date of travel.
• The airfare being highly dynamic is chargeable as applied at the time of actual booking, which may be different from the fare quoted.
• Grant of visa is the prerogative of respective embassies as per their own discretion. In the case of failure to get a visa, cancellation charges will still be applicable.
• The minimum strength of the group should be 12 individuals.

Payment Policy

•  Installment 1: 25% of the total tour cost at the time of confirmation
•  Installment 2: 50% of the tour cost before 90 days from the date of departure.
•  Installment 3: Balance 25% of the tour cost before 30 days from the date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation More than 90 days before the trip, 75% of the cost of the tour will be refundable
• Cancellation 90 days to 60 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 days to 30 days before the departure date, 25% of the tour cost would be refunded.
• Cancellation 30 days before the departure date to no show, 0% of the tour cost would be refunded.
