From understanding the science behind tea production to calculating echoes in the mountains, from witnessing wildlife in their natural habitats to observing the delicate balance between human activity and nature, your child actively engaged with real-world challenges and discoveries. They didn’t just observe-they questioned, reflected, sketched, and recorded insights that textbooks alone could never provide.

  • Activity: "Tea Time Trails: The STEAM Behind Every Sip" – One fact from each STEAM category by sketching of one machine or tea leaf stage and a timeline of the tea-making process by noting any traditional vs. modern methods observed.

  • Learning Focus: To understand basic principles of hydropower and water resource management and reflect on ecological impact and sustainability.
  •  Activity: "Hydro Explorer: Observe, Reflect, Report" –Note changes in water speed and flow by spotting and sketching one natural feature or bird and write one reflection on the balance between tourism and conservation.

  • Learning Focus: To experience the phenomenon of echo, understand how sound travels, and relate it to real-life applications in science and technology (like sonar, architecture, and communication).
  • Activity: "Science in Sound – Exploring Acoustics in Nature"- Students test echo by shouting phrases (pre-decided, science-related fun lines) by Using a stopwatch to roughly estimate delay time and calculate approximate distance the sound travelled (Speed = Distance / Time) and record what affects the echo quality (wind, surroundings, background noise).

  • Activity: "Coastal Quest: Discover, Document & Defend" –Identify 3 natural elements (e.g., shells, crabs, seaweed) by spotting 3 signs of human impact (e.g., litter, erosion, buildings) and sketch a shoreline section.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil and sketches.

02:00 PM: Enjoy Boat Cruise along with: COCHIN SHIPYARD, CHINESE FISHING NETS, DUTCH PALACE (Friday Closed), JEWISH SYNAGOGUE (Friday Closed)

  • Learning Focus: To explore a live case study of freshwater ecosystems and how they support both biodiversity and local communities by observing the interaction between natural water bodies and human activity such as fishing, tourism, and settlement.
  • Activity: “Water Lens Observation & Community Impact Study” –Create a “Water Lens” infographic or presentation post-cruise, showcasing their observations with annotations on species spotted, human activity, and suggestions for sustainable practices.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/pencil & Sketches

Step 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

Step 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded. Optional facility an online presentation will be conducted for parents.

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and  Dinner, Guide Charges, Sightseeing, State Taxes, General Entrance Fee as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on sharing basis, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
