INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM:

Welcome to an enriching 5-day experiential learning program designed for students of Grades 8 to 12, where history, science, geography, economics, and ecology come alive. This journey from Bangalore to Cochin and Alleppey immerses students in Kerala’s vibrant heritage and stunning landscapes through guided exploration, reflective learning, and purposeful engagement.

OBJECTIVE:

To create a transformative learning experience outside the classroom that cultivates curiosity, critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world awareness. This program bridges textbook knowledge with practical understanding through place-based, interdisciplinary education.

08:30 AM: Transfer to Alleppey and On the Way visit International Coir Museum

  • Learning Focus: Understand rural industry ecosystems, bio-based economies, and sustainable product innovation.
  • Activity: “From Husk to Innovation” – Students examine the lifecycle of coir and propose new eco-products based on coir material, linking it to environmental science and entrepreneurship.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

Overview:

From tracing colonial trade routes in Cochin to studying sustainable rural industries at the Coir Museum, every stop invites critical thinking and reflection. Students cruise through the tranquil backwaters of Alleppey, investigate marine biodiversity on the Arabian Sea, and analyze consumer culture in one of India’s largest malls. Rooted in STEAM and humanities themes, the program emphasizes environmental awareness, heritage appreciation, and economic understanding. Journaling, creative tasks, and observational challenges empower students to explore, inquire, and engage deeply with the world around them.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
