EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMME

INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This program offers students an exciting opportunity to understand the real-world application of science, technology, and supply chain management in one of the leading beverage manufacturing companies in India—Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Through live demonstrations, guided tours, and quizzes, students will develop practical knowledge about production systems and business processes.

OBJECTIVE: To understand large-scale beverage production and packaging, to witness automation, hygiene, and safety protocols in an FMCG factory, to encourage curiosity, observational learning, and critical thinking, to promote responsible consumption and sustainability

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: The guided factory tour helps students visualize: Raw material handling, Bottling and labeling automation, Quality control measures, Sustainability practices including water recycling and waste management

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Departure from School/College (after having breakfast at home).

09:30 AM – Arrival at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Bidadi

10:00 AM – Guided Factory Tour & Interaction with Resource Person

• Learning Focus- Environmental awareness, sustainable manufacturing.
• Activity: Students identify and note down eco-friendly practices during the visit (e.g., water recycling, solar panels, waste management).
• What to Carry: Notebook, Pen/Pencils.

11:30 AM – Quiz Competition – Prizes for winners: An engaging quiz competition will be conducted after the factory tour, testing students’ learning. Excitement peaked as winners were awarded prizes, celebrating their curiosity, attentiveness, and understanding of the visit.

12:00 PM – Snacks: Tasty snacks will be served to all students, adding delight and energy to the educational experience.

12:15 PM – Departure from Factory to School: Students departed from the factory to school, filled with new knowledge and memorable hands-on learning experiences.

02:30 PM – Arrival at School/College: Students arrived safely at school/college, enriched with valuable insights and experiences from the educational industrial visit.

PROGRAMME REGULATIONS:

• Grade Eligibility: 5th to 12th
• Max Students per Day: 100 (divided into 2 batches of 50)
• Batch Duration: 60 minutes per group of 50

Step 1: Submit booking request letter 3 months prior to preferred date
Step 2: Finalize program and send a formal request on school letterhead (format will be shared)
Step 3: Upon industry approval, finalize the date and program with confirmation
Step 4: Crazy Holidays shares final itinerary, Track My Tour details, and required documentation

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
