Overnight Programme

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

To help the participants to explore, identify and to sharpen the leadership and life skills through a set of handpicked and carefully designed activities conducted in a fun filled environment in the comfort of your school. This programme could also be organized at the venue of your choice

 WHY INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME  

• An awareness development and practical hands on experience programme on HOW DIFFERENT LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT PRINCIPALS ARE RELEVANT IN EVERYDAY SITUATIONS and  how this if consciously applied can bring amazing results.

• CAN BE ORGANIZED IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR SCHOOL… We could organize this programme at the comfort of your school or at the venue of your choice  

• THE PROGRAMME CAN BE TAILOR MADE BASED ON THE TARGETED AUDIENCE  e.g. For Teachers, High school students / Middle school and primary school students as a fun cum learning experience…the programme could be redesigned based on the expected learning objectives, and based on the type of group

• A THEME BASED CAMP IN CAMPUS EXPERIANCE

• Each team will be subdivided and Crazy holidays leaders can give instruction on the Objectives and Methodology
• ICE BREAKING ACTIVITY- Fun filled activities designed to get to know each other in the team well and assures to achieve better performance from each of the participants
• ACTIVITY 1    A fun activity that brings the importance of DELEGATION & DIRECTION. A skill that has to be mastered by every leader
• ACTIVITY 2   This activity brings to you the importance of COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION…and how far it goes in assuring your success
• ACTIVITY 3    This game brings you the importance of FOCUS AND COORDINATION
• ACTIVITY 4     This activity helps you to know how fast you could  LEARN A NEW SKILL that prepares you for the next level of adventure
• ACTIVITY 5 – This team building activity can show exactly how well your team COMMUNICATES, COORDINATES, FOCUSES AND SYNERGIES to achieve a common objective
• ACTIVITY 6.  This game helps to have a better understanding on your REFLEXES AND FOCUS LEVEL

• ACTIVITY 8 This activity helps to understand the concept EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES
• ACTIVITY 9  This activity  helps you to understand what it means and how
   important are the skills like  PLANNING, OUT OF THE BOX THINKING ,AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

 EMCEEING & DJ’ING Spent the evening with our emcee …Rock with the tune  of your favorite hits… have  the time of your life…..

 8:00 PM

 BUFFET DINNER -with mouthwatering delicacies & CAMPFIRE 

9.00 PM – Debriefing session followed by Overnight Stay in Camps set @ school ground
