06:30 AM – Departure from School: Students board the bus, excited for a day of learning, bonding, and enjoyment.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast: A nourishing breakfast prepares students for the action-packed day ahead.

09:45 AM – Group Segmentation & Activity Launch
Students are divided into three groups, rotating through the following sessions:
Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:
- What are the skills learned from each of these activities and how this can be applied to real-life situations?

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle: All groups rotate, ensuring exposure to every type of learning and leisure.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch: A time to rest and recharge with a variety of cuisines.

01:30 PM – Talent Hunt or Remaining Activities: An opportunity for students to showcase their passions: music, dance, poetry, art, or join in final activities they missed earlier.

02:30 PM – Dance Party with Emcee: Celebrate the day with a high-energy dance session hosted by an engaging emcee.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Light refreshments for a perfect wind-down.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board the bus with experiences to share and new skills to apply.

06:45 PM – Arrival at School: Students return with fresh insights and joyful memories.

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.
STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.
STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.
STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.
NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
