DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

 

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school. Introduction by school staff and tour coordinator.

08:00 AM – Arrival at Resort: Welcome to the resort, where a day of hands-on learning and adventure begins.

08:30 AM – Buffet Breakfast: Enjoy a nutritious buffet breakfast to fuel up for the day ahead.

09:45 AM – Group Activities Begin

GROUP 1 – Creative & Educational Activities

  1. Coloring: Express creativity through art.
  2. Foosball: Enjoy the excitement of foosball games.
  3. Giant Lego Play: Build big with oversized blocks.
  4. Ski Patrol Pretend Play: Act as ski rescuers.
  5. Pottery: Shape clay into creative forms.
  6. Splint Tutorial: Learn how to make a splint in a fun, educational session.
  7. Snow Tutorial: Discover cool facts about snow.
  8. Paper Snowflake Crafts: Make snowflakes from paper.

Group 2 – Role Play Activities

  1. Police Station: Be a police officer, learning about law enforcement.
  2. Post Office: Sort and deliver mail.
  3. Gym Room: Try fun fitness activities.
  4. Fire Station: Act as brave firefighters.
  5. Hospital: Dress up as doctors and nurses, diagnosing and treating patients.
  6. Burger Making: Become burger chefs, creating and assembling delicious burgers.
  7. Library: Play the role of a librarian.
  8. FM Station: Explore speech skills and act as radio jockeys.
  9. News Room: Become newsreaders and learn how a news channel operates.
  10. Bank: Experience banking, learning about opening accounts and managing finances.

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle: Groups switch activities to ensure every student experiences both streams of activities.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch: Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with multiple cuisines to relax and recharge.

01:30 PM – Continue Remaining Activities: Students continue with the other set of activities they haven't completed yet.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Refresh with tasty snacks to end the day on a delightful note.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board buses with lasting memories and life lessons.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School: A day well spent returns students to school, minds enriched and hearts happy.

LEARNING TAKEAWAY: Students return with:

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.
NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
