INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This immersive one-day educational trip is designed to provide students with hands-on experiences in sustainable farming, animal care, environmental education, creativity, and team-building. Blending fun with learning, this programme strengthens their connection with nature and builds practical knowledge.

OBJECTIVE: To introduce students to sustainable agricultural practices, renewable energy, and environmental conservation. To engage students in interactive, multi-disciplinary activities that foster creativity, collaboration, and curiosity. To develop awareness of farm-to-table processes and eco-friendly practices.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

7:30 AM - Departure from School: Students board the bus and begin their exciting day filled with learning, laughter, and adventure.

9:00 AM - Arrival and Breakfast: Upon arrival, students will be served a nutritious breakfast to fuel them for the day ahead.

10:00 AM – DIVIDE INTO MULTIPLE GROUPS FOR LEARNING-BASED ACTIVITIES

Students are split into three rotating groups, ensuring equal participation in all activities.

GROUP 1: AGRO-INNOVATION AND ENERGY:

  • Tractor Safari – Ride through plantations and learn about rainwater harvesting & sustainable farming.
  • Dairy Farming Tour – Witness responsible dairy production and milk sourcing.
  • Biogas Farming – Understand renewable energy through real biogas systems.

GROUP 2: NATURE & BIODIVERSITY EXPLORATION:

  • Colorful Aviary Bird House – Encounter exotic birds and learn about bird species conservation.
  • Vertical Green Walls – Study eco-friendly vertical gardens and urban farming.
  • Farm Animals Interaction – Learn about domestic animals’ role in agriculture.
  • Plant Nursery Tour – Discover bonsais, aquatic plants, and basic botany.

GROUP 3: HANDS-ON CREATIVITY AND FUN:

  • Fruit & Vegetable Section – Explore organic farming and seasonal produce.

11:30 AM – SHUFFLE THE GROUPS: : Students will rotate through the activities they haven't experienced yet, ensuring everyone gets to participate in each exciting opportunity.

12:30 PM - Buffet Lunch: A delicious buffet lunch will be served, allowing students to refuel and relax before continuing with the day's activities.

1:30 PM – TALENT HUNT & QUIZ: Talents hunts and quiz competition to showcase students' skills and creativity.

3:00 PM - Snacks & Juice: Students will enjoy snacks, reflecting on their experiences and sharing stories with their friends.

3:30 PM - Departure: Students board buses with lasting memories and life lessons.

4:45 PM – Arrival at school: A day well spent returns students to school, minds enriched and hearts happy.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
