10:00 AM - DIVIDE INTO MULTIPLE GROUPS FOR LEARNING-BASED ACTIVITIES

Students are divided into groups to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate in each enriching activity.

GROUP 1:

Tractor Safari: A unique ride through diverse plantations, learning about sustainable agriculture and rainwater harvesting.

Tour of Dairy Farming: Insight into where milk comes from and the production of dairy products, emphasizing sustainability and responsible farming.

Biogas Farming: Understanding renewable energy and waste management, witnessing biogas production firsthand.

GROUP 2:

Colorful Aviary Bird House: Interacting with vibrant birds, fostering a love for wildlife and environmental stewardship.

Vertical Green Walls: Exploring plant ecosystems and sustainability in urban environments.

Farm Animals: Learning about various animals and their roles in agriculture, promoting a connection with nature.

Plant Nursery: Discovering bonsais and aquatic plants, enhancing botanical knowledge.

GROUP 3:

Fruit and Vegetable Section: Exploring diverse fruits and vegetables, understanding seasonal crops and organic farming.

Aquarium: Diving into underwater ecosystems, learning about marine biodiversity.

Pottery Making: Unleashing creativity through hands-on pottery activities.

Swimming Pool: Enjoying a refreshing swim, adding fun and relaxation to the day.

11:30 AM - SHUFFLE THE GROUP

Groups rotate to ensure every student experiences all the activities.

12:30 PM - BUFFET LUNCH

A delicious buffet lunch to refuel and relax.

01:30 PM - TALENT HUNT AND QUIZ

A talent hunt and quiz competition to showcase students' skills and creativity.

03:00 PM - SNACKS

Light snacks to keep students energized for the journey back.

03:30 PM - DEPARTURE

Students depart, reminiscing about their day of adventure and learning.

04:45 PM - ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL

Students return to school, eager to share their unforgettable experiences with family and friends.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
