DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

 

07:00 AM – DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL
Kickstart the adventure with a spirited departure.

08:30 AM – ARRIVAL AT RESORT & BUFFET BREAKFAST
Energize with a delicious breakfast and prepare for a full day of exploration.

09:45 AM – GROUP ACTIVITIES BEGIN (Split into 3 Groups):

Group 1 – TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES (Theme: COMPETE & COLLABORATE)

Group 2 – VISIT TO BANNERGHATTA ZOO WITH SAFARI
Explore nature and wildlife conservation with an immersive safari experience.

Group 3 – RESORT FACILITIES ENJOYMENT
Relax and enjoy:

11:00 AM – Shuffle Groups

All students get to experience both the adventure and relaxation segments for a balanced day.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch

Enjoy a delicious multi-cuisine buffet lunch, followed by a moment of rest and bonding.

01:30 PM – Talent Hunt or Remaining Activities

For those yet to complete team activities: Return to continue the learning journey.

Talent Hunt Participants: Shine on stage through dance, music, mimicry, poetry, or unique talents!

02:30 PM – Dance with DJ David Cool

Celebrate the day’s journey with a joyful dance party that fosters unity and expression.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks

Quick refreshments to regain energy and share laughs

04:00 PM – Departure to School

Students head back, hearts full of memories and minds enriched with experiences

05:45 PM – Arrival at School

Return with stories of learning, laughter, and friendship

LEARNING TAKEAWAY: Throughout the programme, students will gain deeper insights into working effectively within teams, leading and adapting to new situations, and understanding the importance of collaboration, communication, and environmental awareness. They will walk away with valuable memories and newly developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills that are applicable in school and beyond.

SAFETY & SUPPORT: Safety is our utmost priority. All activities are supervised by qualified and first-aid trained facilitators. Gender-wise staff allocation ensures comfort and safety for all students. The venue is secure and well-maintained, with lifeguards at all water activity zones, medical assistance on standby, hydration points, and shaded rest areas. During the zoo visit, students are escorted in guided groups and briefed on safety around animals and natural environments to ensure a safe and educational experience.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Finalize the itinerary and travel dates. Contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: Once confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be shared along with Track My Tour login details for real-time updates.
Step 3: Upon confirmation of registered students, a revised itinerary will be issued.
Step 4: All required documents (on school letterhead) will be shared and collected through the tour coordinator.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 


Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
