06:00 AM: Departure from School
As the first light of dawn breaks, students eagerly gather at school, filled with anticipation for the day ahead. They embark on a comfortable journey to our destination, the air buzzing with excitement.

08:30 AM: Arrival and Breakfast
Upon arrival at our serene location, students are greeted with a lavish buffet breakfast. The picturesque surroundings and sumptuous food set the stage for an enriching day.

09:50 AM: Welcome Address and Program Briefing
With spirits high, students receive a warm welcome and a detailed overview of the day's activities, igniting their curiosity and enthusiasm.

10:10 AM: Group Activities-Obstacle Course, Air Riffle Firing & Team Games (Requesting for Dog Show)
The day kicks into high gear with thrilling group activities like an obstacle course, air rifle firing, and engaging team games. Students challenge themselves, fostering teamwork and resilience.

12:15 PM: Situational Awareness & Surviving Grenade Attack 
Guided by experts, students learn critical situational awareness and survival techniques, ensuring they gain practical knowledge amidst adventurous learning.

12:50 PM: Lunch
A well-deserved break offers a delicious lunch, where students refuel and bond over shared experiences, preparing for the afternoon ahead.

01:30 PM: Team Activities- Tug of War, Relay and Tent Pitching
Afternoon brings opportunities for team bonding through activities like tug of war, relay races, and tent pitching. Students collaborate, discovering the power of teamwork and leadership.

03:30 PM: Motivational talk by Colonel & Debriefing
A motivational session by a respected figure like Colonel inspires students, reinforcing lessons learned and encouraging personal growth.

04:00 PM: Hi Tea
Students unwind with a relaxing hi-tea, reflecting on their achievements and sharing memorable moments with peers.

04:15 PM: Departure to School
With hearts full of newfound knowledge and friendships, students depart for home, cherishing the day's adventures and eagerly planning for future journeys.

06:30 PM: Arrival at School
Returning to school, students recount tales of bravery and camaraderie, forever changed by an extraordinary day of learning and exploration.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 
Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. EXCEPT FOR STAND ALONE PROGRAMME OF PRANIANDMODEL VILLAGE IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF OPTION SELECTED
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
