OBJECTIVE: To provide students with firsthand experience of urban metro transit, enhance their awareness of public transportation, and develop their teamwork and critical thinking skills through interactive quiz competitions.

It includes an interactive quiz competition, group activities, and reflective sessions. Designed to enhance civic awareness, teamwork, and analytical thinking, the experience is safe, structured, and tailored to support holistic student development.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

08:30 AM – Departure from School: Departure from School (after having breakfast at home).

09:30 AM – Arrival at Bangalore Metro.

10:00 AM – Experience a ride on the metro with resource person: An exciting metro ride with a resource person, learning about public transport systems, safety, and urban connectivity firsthand.

• Learning Focus- Communication, curiosity, learning from experts..
• Activity: Students prepare 2–3 questions in advance to ask the resource person about metro systems.
• What to Carry:  Question, Notebook & pencil/pen.

11:00 AM – Quiz Competition (based on the visit) – Prizes for winners: A fun-filled quiz competition will be held after the visit, testing students’ knowledge with exciting questions—winners were thrilled to receive prizes for their brilliance!

11:10 AM – Snacks: Delicious snacks served to all students, providing a refreshing break and adding joy to the learning experience.

11:30 AM – Departure from Metro: We depart the metro with new insights and experiences.

01:00 PM – Arrival back at School: We arrive back at school, filled with memories, learning, and excitement from a day of meaningful exploration and discovery.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
