09:00 AM: Departure from School
The students gather at the school, filled with excitement and anticipation. As they board the magical bus, they are greeted by sparkling fairy lights and enchanting music that sets the tone for the day ahead.

10:00 AM: Arrival at Fun World & Welcome Drinks
The students arrive at Fun World, where they are welcomed with refreshing magical drinks that sparkle and change colours as they sip. The entrance to Fun World is adorned with colourful banners and cheerful mascots, making them feel like they've entered a wonderland.

10:30 AM: Enjoying Rides (Dry Rides)
Kids Rides: Baby Motorbike, NFS Car Race, Mini Pirate Ship, Flying Appu, Flying Tiger, Carousel, The Jumping Frog, Kiddies Bumper Boat, The Sun & Moon Mini Wheel, Bucket Ride, Mini Dragon Train, World Wrestling Pillow, Mini Super Jet, Kiddy Tagada, Revolving Tower
Adventure Games: Crazy Fireball, Panic Clock, Tsunami, The Loop Roller Coaster, The Palace Eye, The Yahoo Slide, Sky Drop, Power Surge, Orbit

12:30 PM: Lunch
The students gather for a magical lunch in a beautifully decorated pavilion. The food is delicious and includes enchanted dishes that glow softly and taste extraordinary, from fairy-tale sandwiches to dragon fruit punch.

01:30 PM: Continue Playing (Dry Rides)
After lunch, the students return to the rides, exploring any they might have missed and revisiting their favourites. The magic in the air makes every ride even more thrilling and enjoyable.

03:00 PM: Evening Snacks
As the afternoon progresses, the students gather for a snack break. They are treated to enchanted treats like glowing cookies and sparkling juice, keeping their energy high and spirits lifted.

04:30 PM: Departure from Fun World
The students board the magical bus, waving goodbye to Fun World. They are tired but happy, filled with stories and memories of their enchanted day.

05:30 PM: Arrival at School
The bus arrives back at school, and the students are greeted by their parents. They excitedly share tales of their magical adventure, making the day one they will remember forever.

FOR VISITING FUN WORLD, WE ARE REQUESTING YOU TO GIVE A LETTER FROM SCHOOL KINDLY COLLECT THE FORMAT FROM OPERATION EXECUTIVE.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Use of Water Amusement Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
