08:00 AM – DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL AFTER OWN BREAKFAST
Students begin the day fresh and ready after a home breakfast, excited for their adventure.

09:15 AM – GROUP ALLOCATION & ACTIVITY ROTATIONS BEGIN
Students are divided into small groups for structured access to the following:

  • VR Games & 360° Rotation Experiences
  • Car/Bike Racing Simulators
  • Dashing Cars, Drift Races, Mini Break Dance
  • Jungle Safari – Animaland
  • XD Theatre & Arcade Games
  • Wall Climbing, Softplay Area (for younger students)
  • Roller Coaster, Zero Gravity, Dynamite Drop Twist
  • Carousel, Mini Train, and more!

 Reflection & Critical Thinking (Post Group Activities)
Each group will engage in a short debrief led by facilitators.
Questions discussed:

  1. What strategy worked in your group activity?
  2. How did your team make decisions?
  3. What would you do differently next time

01:00 PM – LUNCH BREAK
A nutritious vegetarian spread:

02:00 PM – CONTINUE WITH REMAINING ACTIVITIES
Groups rotate to experience remaining rides and simulations.

03:00 PM – EVENING REFRESHMENT
Tetra pack juice with biscuits or packed cake to recharge.

03:15 PM – DEPARTURE TO SCHOOL
Excited chatter fills the bus as students return full of stories.

04:30 PM – ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL
Back home, ready to share memories and reflections.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice. Contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: After confirmation and school approval, a payment circular will be issued along with "Track My Tour" details.
Step 3: Once registration is complete, we’ll provide a final revised itinerary.
Step 4: Submit necessary documents on school letterhead, coordinated through your assigned school tour coordinator.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Lunch, Snacks, and of Venue Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Breakfast, Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
