Embark on an unforgettable day filled with excitement and discovery at our enchanting farm retreat! Students will start with a delicious buffet breakfast, setting the stage for an adventurous journey ahead. They'll engage in a variety of hands-on activities tailored to different age groups, from thrilling outdoor adventures to creative artistic expressions. With opportunities to interact with animals, explore nature, and learn new skills, the day promises endless fun and educational experiences. A sumptuous buffet lunch will keep everyone energized as they continue their exploration and activities, ensuring every moment is filled with joy and learning. As the day concludes, students will return home with hearts full of delightful memories, new friendships, and a deeper connection to nature.


 

7:45 AM: Departure from School
The sun begins to rise as students gather at the school, their faces lit with excitement and curiosity. Boarding the comfortable, air-conditioned coach, they embark on a journey filled with promise and adventure, eager to discover what lies ahead.

8:30 AM: Arrival and Buffet Breakfast
The group arrives at the picturesque farm retreat, greeted by the fresh morning air. A sumptuous buffet breakfast awaits, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel their day of exploration and fun.

9:45 AM: Activity Time

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
The morning’s activities build up an appetite, and everyone gathers for a delicious buffet lunch. The meal offers a variety of nutritious and tasty dishes, perfect for recharging before the afternoon’s adventures.

1:30 PM: Shuffling the Groups and Continuing Activities
After lunch, the groups shuffle, ensuring every student gets the chance to experience all the exciting activities. Laughter and learning echo across the retreat as new friendships form and skills are honed.

3:30 PM: Departure to School
The day of adventure draws to a close, and students board the coach, filled with stories to share and memories to cherish. They leave the retreat with smiles on their faces, having experienced a day of magic, learning, and fun.

4:30 PM: Arrival Back at School
The journey ends where it began, at school. Students arrive back, tired but happy, eager to tell their families about the incredible experiences they had on their unforgettable farm retreat adventure.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: We will be taking only group photographs. Before uploading photos and videos, it will be verified by our backend team. Also, a copy of the group photographs will be shared to the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon).

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

 

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY

The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
