Students explore breathtaking landscapes, heritage marvels, and real-life science encounters—developing creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

DAY 01: BANGALORE – CHIKKAMAGALURU

  • Learning Focus: Reflection, mindfulness, historical analysis.
  • Activity: “Ancient Insights Journal” – Students reflect on their visit by writing a journal entry about what they learned at Shravanabelagola. They could focus on how the monument has influenced Indian culture, religion, or architecture over the centuries.
  • What to Carry: Printed hunt sheet, pencil.

2:30 PM - Visit Belur Temple

  • Learning Focus: Indian history, Hoysala architecture, symbolism, and historical interpretation.
  • Activity: “Decode a Story in Stone” -At Belur Temple, students will observe the intricate stone carvings that depict stories from mythology, daily life, and ancient traditions. Each student will choose one carving that interests them and sketch it in their notebook. Below the sketch, they will write a brief interpretation explaining what the carving represents, which story or deity it might be connected to, and what it reveals about the beliefs or lifestyles of that time. This activity enhances historical understanding and connects art with storytelling, all using just a notebook, pen, and pencil.

3:45 PM - Visit Yagachi Dam (ENJOY WATER SPORTS @ OWN EXPENSE  )

  • Learning Focus: Physical coordination and fitness, Overcoming fear and building confidence, Teamwork and communication through shared adventure.
  • Activity: “Splash & Learn”- Students participate in exciting water sports at Yagachi Dam, promoting physical activity and team spirit in a safe, supervised environment.
  • What to Carry: Extra pair of clothes, towel, waterproof bag, flip-flops or sandals, water bottle.

DAY 02: MULLAYANAGIRI – MALPE

09:00 AM - Visit Baba Budan Giri and Trek to Manikyadhara Falls ( if weather permit ) Refreshments and juice will be provided.

  • Activity: “Trail Tales – Nature Walk & Reflect”- As students trek through the lush trails of Baba Budan Giri to Manikyadhara Falls, they will note and sketch three natural elements (like a plant, rock, or sound) that catch their attention. At the falls, they’ll write a short reflection connecting their observations to the local landscape or legends—building awareness of how nature shapes culture and thought.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil.

02:00 PM - Visit Coffee Museum and Shopping in Chikmagalur

  • Learning Focus: Understanding local culture, agriculture, and global trade connections.
  • Activity: “Bean to Brew – Coffee Trail Journal”- At the Coffee Museum in Chikkamagaluru, students will trace the journey of a coffee bean from plantation to cup. They will sketch a simple flowchart of the process and write 3–4 lines on how coffee impacts local livelihoods and global markets—linking real-world industry to social science and economics topics.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil.

DAY 03: MALPE- KARWAR

  • Learning Focus: Geography (coastal and volcanic landforms), Environmental Science (habitats, conservation).
  • Activity: “Island Explorer Log”- Students will maintain a mini field journal during the visit, where they will write brief notes on three observations: (1) rock formations and how they suggest volcanic origin, (2) patterns of erosion or wave impact on the island, and (3) any signs of human impact or conservation efforts. This activity supports curriculum topics related to landform formation, human-environment interaction, and natural resource preservation.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil.

01:30 PM - Departure to Karwar via Manipal Museum of Anatomy & Pathology

  • Learning Focus: Application of human anatomy to real-world medical and health contexts (Biology, Health Science).
  • Activity: “Anatomy in Real Life” - Students choose any one organ displayed in the museum and research or reflect on a real-life disease or medical condition related to it (e.g., lungs → asthma). In their notebook, they will briefly describe the condition, its symptoms, and one way it affects the body system. This encourages deeper understanding of human health and connects textbook knowledge with real-world medical awareness.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil.

DAY 04: KARWAR- BANGALORE

07:00 AM - Visit Om Beach

Learning Focus: Geography of coastal regions, human impact on marine ecosystems, and the importance of sustainability in protecting our environment.

Activity: "Eco-Warrior Beach Cleanup & Sustainability Circle"- Students participate in a guided beach cleanup drive, collecting litter while learning about ocean pollution and the role of individual action.  Followed by a Sorting & Recycling Demonstration, where students categorize collected waste and understand the basics of recycling.  End with a short "Sustainability Circle" discussion, where students share ecofriendly habits, they can adopt in daily life. Each student receives an Eco-Warrior certificate for their participation.

02:00 PM - Visit NS Chapal (K94) Warship Museum

  • Learning Focus: History (Indian defense forces), Physics (mechanics, design), Civics (national security).
  • Activity: “Warship Case Study: Design & Defense” - Students explore different sections of the warship and choose one area (e.g., weapons deck, radar room, control panel) to study. They note down its function and sketch how its design serves its purpose. In their notebook, they write a brief analysis on how warship technology supports national defense. This enhances understanding of defense infrastructure, engineering principles, and civic awareness.
  • What to Carry: Notebook, pen/pencil.

03:00 PM - Visit Karwar Beach

  • Learning Focus: Geography (coastal processes), Environmental Science (ecosystems), English (descriptive writing).
  • Activity: “Tides & Textures: Coastal Field Study”- Students observe coastal elements like wave action, rock formations, erosion signs, and biodiversity (shells, crabs, plants). In their notebook, they sketch one coastal feature and write a short reflection connecting it to erosion, deposition, or adaptation. This blends field observation with theoretical geography and builds descriptive and analytical writing skills.

DAY 05:  BANGALORE

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
