INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM

Embark on a transformative 4-day journey to Bandipur and Ooty that blends education with adventure. This immersive experience brings learning outside the classroom—into the heart of nature, history, and culture—fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young minds.

  • Activity: “Nature Echoes – The Mindful Mapping Challenge”- Students will spend time sitting quietly in designated spots around the lake for 10 minutes, tuning in to their senses — what they see, hear, smell, and feel. Afterward, they'll:

Draw a “Mind Map” of their sensory experience around the lake using symbols, sketches, and keywords.

Write a reflective note or poem connecting nature with emotions, thoughts, or a social issue (like pollution, climate change, or water conservation).

  • Activity: “Altitude Diaries – A Scientific & Reflective Trek”- During the trek to Doddabetta Peak, students will observe and record environmental changes with altitude. They’ll sketch plants or rocks, note temperature or vegetation shifts, and reflect on how elevation affects biodiversity—all compiled in a simple “Altitude Diary.”

02:30 PM - Visit Tea Factory & Tea Museum

  • Learning Focus: Understanding how altitude and climate impact agriculture; exploring regional industries, sustainable processing techniques, and the cultural significance of tea in India.
  • Activity: "From Leaf to Cup" Exploration – Students trace the journey of tea from plantation to packaging. They observe processing machines in action, smell different tea varieties, and interact with guides to understand local methods. Each student documents one new fact, sketches a part of the process, and writes a short reflection on sustainable farming.

DAY 4: BANGALORE

Step 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized, Crazy Holidays will schedule the pre-departure meeting with the school.

Step 4: During the pre-departure meeting, complete awareness about the tour will be provided to both students and parents, including project specifications, what to carry and details about the “Track My Tour” feature.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
