07:00 AM – DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL
Kickstart the day’s adventure with a spirited departure from school.

08:30 AM – ARRIVAL AT RESORT
Students are greeted with a serene and green ambiance, perfect for reflection and excitement.

09:00 AM – BREAKFAST
A nutritious buffet breakfast to energize for the day.

09:45 AM – LEARNING PATHWAYS

Grades 4–12: Trek to the Peak – Physical challenge combined with environmental awareness and self-discovery.

11:30 AM – RETURN TO CAMPSITE | REFRESHMENTS
Relax with fresh juices and snacks in a peaceful setting.

12:30 PM – LUNCH
Enjoy a wholesome lunch and bonding through shared mealtime.

02:00 PM – ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES

Activities Include: Zip Line, Walk of Life, Tire Traverse, Rope Ladder, Team Games, Pipeline, Bull Ring, and Rain Dance.

Reflection & Critical Thinking: Post each activity, students engage in group discussions guided by facilitators to evaluate team performance, personal growth, and strategic thinking.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice. Contact our executive to confirm availability.
Step 2: After confirmation and school approval, a payment circular will be issued along with "Track My Tour" details.
Step 3: Once registration is complete, we’ll provide a final revised itinerary.
Step 4: Submit necessary documents on school letterhead, coordinated through your assigned school tour coordinator.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be overcrowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49-Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49-seater deluxe coach or one 35-seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
NB: TO PAY MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS COMPULSORY AS WE ARE CONFIRMING THE SAME NUMBERS TO THE VENDORS  

BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
