DAY 01: BANGALORE – AMRITSAR

09:40 AM: Departure from Bangalore International Airport

01:00 PM: Arrival at Amritsar Airport
Touchdown in Amritsar, the vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural heritage. As the plane touches down, students are greeted by the warm embrace of Amritsar's air, marking the start of an unforgettable experience.

01:45 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delightful buffet lunch awaits at the hotel, offering a feast of local and international flavors. The meal provides a refreshing break and the perfect opportunity for students to relax and energize themselves for the adventures ahead.

02:30 PM: Transfer to Wagah Border
The private coach takes students to the iconic Wagah Border, a historical landmark where India and Pakistan stand mere miles apart. The anticipation builds as they head to witness the renowned Beating Retreat Ceremony, a poignant symbol of patriotism and ceremonial grandeur.

05:15 PM: Snacks and Juice
After the emotional and visually stunning ceremony, students enjoy snacks and juice, providing a refreshing pause and a chance to discuss their experiences while savoring light refreshments.

05:30 PM: Proceed to Hotel
As the sun begins to set, casting a golden hue across the cityscape, you'll head back to your hotel. The journey from the day's explorations to the comforting embrace of your accommodation marks a serene transition.

06:30 PM: Check in @ Hotel
Students check into their hotel rooms, greeted by the comfort and amenities of their accommodation. The evening is a time to settle in and prepare for a vibrant dinner and evening briefing.

08:00 PM: Buffet Dinner
A sumptuous buffet dinner awaits in the hotel’s dining area, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The meal is a perfect conclusion to the day, providing nourishment and a chance to socialize with peers.

09:00 PM: Night Stay at Amritsar
Settle into your cozy hotel room, where the day's excitement gently gives way to relaxation.

DAY 02: AMRITSAR - CHANDIGARH

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The day begins early as the students prepare for their journey.

07:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the day’s adventures.

08:30 AM: Check Out and Proceed to The Golden Temple
Students check out from the hotel and continue their journey continues to the Golden Temple, where the students are mesmerized by its serene beauty and spiritual atmosphere. The golden dome and peaceful surroundings offer a moment of reflection and reverence.

09:00 AM: Visit The Golden Temple
Inside the temple, the students follow the guidelines, covering their heads and showing respect to the sacred site. The experience leaves them with a deep sense of peace and gratitude.
NB: Please follow certain guidelines - Cover your head with handkerchief / scarf / dupatta. Wear closed shoulder dresses (Avoid wearing sleeveless dresses). Avoid wearing shorts or dresses above the knees.

10:30 AM: Visit Jallianwala Bagh
The students then visit Jallianwala Bagh, a place of deep historical significance. As they walk through the site, the weight of history and the sacrifices made for India’s independence resonate deeply with them.

11:00 AM: Shopping
The excitement continues with a shopping spree, where students explore local markets and stores, picking up souvenirs and mementos to remember their trip by. The vibrant atmosphere and unique finds make for an engaging and fun experience.

11:45 AM: Back to Hotel
Students return to the hotel, their bags filled with treasures and memories from the morning’s shopping adventure. The short journey back is filled with chatter about their finds and anticipation for the next part of the day.

12:15 PM: Buffet Lunch
A delicious buffet lunch is served at the hotel, offering a variety of dishes to refuel and rejuvenate after the morning’s activities. The meal is a time for relaxation and camaraderie, as students gather to enjoy a well-deserved break.

02:00 PM: Proceed to Chandigarh
The group sets off towards Chandigarh, embarking on a journey filled with anticipation and excitement. The drive offers a glimpse of the changing scenery as they head towards their next destination.

04:00 PM: Juice and Snacks
A refreshing break with juice and snacks provides a much-needed pause during the journey. Students enjoy light refreshments while chatting and enjoying the scenic drive to Delhi.

07:00 PM: Check-In at Hotel followed by Buffet Dinner
Arrive at your comfortable hotel and check in to your cozy room, where a warm welcome awaits. Soon after, indulge in a delightful buffet dinner, featuring a variety of delicious dishes that cater to all tastes.

09:45 PM: Night Stay at Chandigarh
After an eventful day of sightseeing and exploration, return to your hotel in Chandigarh for a restful night.

DAY 03: CHANDIGARH – NEW DELHI

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The day begins early as the students prepare for their journey.

07:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the day’s adventures.

08:00 AM: Check Out and Proceed to Chandigarh local sightseeing
Check-out and head out to explore the local wonders of Chandigarh. The morning air is fresh and filled with anticipation as you set out to uncover the city's charm.

08:30 AM: Visit Rock Garden and Rose Garden (Seasonal visits in February and March)
Begin your day exploring the artistic wonders of the Rock Garden and the vibrant Rose Garden (seasonal). The Rock Garden's imaginative sculptures crafted from recycled materials create a fascinating maze of creativity, while the Rose Garden, in full bloom, offers a colorful and fragrant escape into nature's beauty.

10:30 AM: Visit Sukhna Lake & Chandigarh Bird Park
Next, head to Sukhna Lake for a serene boat ride and enjoy the tranquil waters surrounded by lush greenery. Continue to Chandigarh Bird Park, where you can marvel at a diverse range of exotic and native bird species in a picturesque setting.

Head to the railway station in time for your train departure.

09:50 PM: Arrival at New Delhi and Transfer to Hotel

DAY 04: DELHI - BANGALORE

09:30 AM: Checkout and Proceed to Visit Akshardham Temple by Private Coach
Bid farewell to your hotel and board your private coach for a journey to the Akshardham Temple. The drive is a comfortable and scenic transition to one of Delhi’s most iconic spiritual landmarks.

10:15 AM: Snacks and Juice
Enjoy a quick break with snacks and refreshing juice as you prepare to explore the grandeur of Akshardham Temple.

10:30 AM: Visit and Explore Akshardham Temple

After a delightful lunch, board your coach and head towards Qutub Minar, an architectural marvel that stands as a testament to the grandeur of Islamic art and architecture.

04:00 PM: Guided Walk to Explore Qutub Minar
Embark on a guided exploration of Qutub Minar, a towering masterpiece of medieval architecture. This 73-meter-tall minaret, constructed in the 12th century, is renowned for its intricate carvings and inscriptions. Discover its historical significance and artistic brilliance as your guide shares fascinating stories about its construction and the era it represents.

07:45 PM: Proceed to Delhi Airport
Wrap up your visit and travel to Delhi Airport. Use this time to relax and reflect on the day’s experiences as you prepare for your flight.

10:45 PM: Departure to Bangalore by Flight
Board your evening flight and say goodbye to Delhi. As the plane takes off, cherish the memories of a journey filled with historical exploration and cultural immersion.

01:35 AM: Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
Arrive back at Bangalore International Airport, concluding your enriching adventure. The memories of Delhi’s historical landmarks and cultural experiences will linger as you return home.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks Dinner (Veg/Non Veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels four sharing basis Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include:Airfare Pick and Drop from school to airport, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

 

  • The above package is for a group of minimum 40 students
  • Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
  • The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like Diwali, Dusserah, Christmas, New Year & Long weekends etc.
  • This is just a quotation, as of now we are not holding any booking. Hotel, transportation and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
  • 5 teachers complimentary for 70 paid students
  • Crazy Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit as per availability without changing the total number of days in destination and without compromising with any services.
  • Above rate is inclusive of all present taxes, Rate may differ if present tax structure changes.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non- refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 6000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
