DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI

07:00 AM: Departure from Bangalore International Airport
The adventure begins as the students take flight from Bangalore, their hearts racing with anticipation. The sky above holds the promise of new discoveries as they head toward the bustling capital of India, Delhi.

09:50 AM: Arrival at Delhi Airport
Touching down in Delhi, the students are welcomed by a cool breeze as they disembark and gather for the journey ahead. The excitement is palpable as they prepare to explore the historic city.

10:30 AM: Transfer to Qutub Minar
With bags stowed away, the students hop into a private coach, eagerly making their way to the ancient Qutub Minar. Along the route, they enjoy refreshing juice and snacks, fueling their curiosity for the wonders ahead.

11:00 AM: Guided Walk at Qutub Minar
The towering Qutub Minar stands tall as a testament to India’s rich history. As the students walk through the grounds, they are captivated by tales of the past, each stone whispering stories of Islamic rulers and their architectural prowess.

12:30 PM: Transfer to Hotel
After soaking in the history, it's time to head to the hotel. The students relax on the coach, their minds buzzing with newfound knowledge.

01:30 PM: Buffet Lunch at Hotel
A sumptuous buffet lunch awaits, offering a delicious array of dishes. The students savor every bite, sharing their thoughts and excitement for the next adventure.

02:00 PM: Check-in at Hotel (Standard check in time of most of the hotels is 02:00 PM)
With full bellies and happy hearts, the students check in at the hotel. A brief moment of rest allows them to recharge for the afternoon's exploration.

03:00 PM: Transfer to Akshardham Temple by Private coach
The journey continues to the magnificent Akshardham Temple, a marvel of modern architecture. The students are filled with awe as they approach the grand structure.

03:45 PM: Juice & Snacks
A quick snack and juice break keep the energy levels high as the students prepare to explore one of the world’s largest Hindu temple complexes.

04:00 PM: Explore Akshardham Temple & Enjoy Sahaj Anand - Multimedia Water Show
The students wander through the temple, marveling at its intricate carvings and grandiose design. As the day turns to dusk, they are treated to the breathtaking Sahaj Anand multimedia water show, where light, sound, and water come together in a magical display.

05:30 PM: Visit India Gate
As the evening sets in, the students visit the iconic India Gate, standing tall as a tribute to the soldiers who laid down their lives for the country. The grandeur of the monument leaves them spellbound.

07:30 PM: Return to Hotel
Back at the hotel, the students unwind from a day filled with history and culture, reflecting on the sights they've seen.

09:00 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for next day
A delightful buffet dinner is served, followed by a debriefing session where students share their thoughts and prepare for the adventures of the next day.

DAY 02: DELHI – CHANDIGARH

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The sun peeks over the horizon as the students wake up, ready for another day of exploration. They freshen up and prepare for the journey to Chandigarh.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A hearty buffet breakfast is served, offering a variety of dishes to kickstart the day. The students eat with enthusiasm, eager for the day’s travels.

08:00 AM: Departure to Chandigarh by Private Coach
The journey north begins as the students board their coach, leaving the hustle and bustle of Delhi behind. The road to Chandigarh is filled with chatter and excitement as they look forward to the new experiences that await.

01:00 PM: Arrival at Chandigarh & Buffet Lunch followed by Check – In at hotel
Upon arrival in Chandigarh, the students are welcomed with a delicious buffet lunch, followed by a smooth check-in at the hotel. The fresh mountain air fills their lungs, rejuvenating them for the afternoon's activities.

02:30 PM: Visit Rock Garden, Rose Garden(seasonal) and Chandigarh Bird Park
The exploration starts with a visit to the whimsical Rock Garden, a labyrinth of sculptures made from recycled materials. Next, they stroll through the seasonal Rose Garden, where a kaleidoscope of colors delights the senses. The final stop is the serene Chandigarh Bird Park, where the students marvel at the vibrant birdlife.

06:00 PM: Return to Hotel
After a day of tranquil beauty, the students return to the hotel, their hearts full of nature’s wonders.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for next day
A warm and satisfying dinner is followed by a debriefing session. The students reflect on their day, sharing stories of the incredible sights they've seen.

09:30 PM: Overnight Stay at Chandigarh
The day ends with a peaceful night’s sleep, the students dreaming of the journey to Amritsar.

DAY 03: CHANDIGARH – AMRITSAR

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students rise early, the promise of new adventures stirring their excitement. They freshen up and prepare for the road ahead.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A delicious breakfast is served, energizing the students for their journey to Amritsar.

08:00 AM: Departure to Amritsar by Private Coach
The coach takes the students on a scenic route to Amritsar, a city steeped in history and culture. Conversations flow as they anticipate the day’s activities.

01:00 PM: Arrival at Amritsar & Buffet Lunch followed by Check – In at hotel
Upon arrival, the students are treated to a flavorful buffet lunch. The rich Punjabi cuisine delights their taste buds as they prepare for the next experience.

02:00 PM: Transfer to Wagah Border
Excitement builds as the student’s head to the Wagah Border, the famous crossing between India and Pakistan. The significance of this historic site fills them with awe.

03:15 PM: Reach and Take Seat at Wagah Border for Beating Retreat Ceremony
Seated at the Wagah Border, the students witness the electrifying Beating Retreat Ceremony. The spirited display of patriotism on both sides of the border fills the air with energy and pride.

05:15 PM: Snacks & Juice
Post - ceremony, the students enjoy light snacks and juice, discussing the thrilling experience they just witnessed.

05:30 PM: Return to Hotel
As they return to the hotel, the students carry with them a deep sense of pride and understanding of the significance of the border ceremony.

08:00 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for next day
A sumptuous dinner is served, followed by a debriefing session where the students share their reflections on the day’s events.

DAY 04: AMRITSAR – BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The final day begins with an early start as the students prepare to visit two of Amritsar's most significant sites.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
The students enjoy a wholesome breakfast, savoring their last meal in the city of Amritsar.

08:00 AM: Proceed to The Golden Temple
The journey continues to the Golden Temple, where the students are mesmerized by its serene beauty and spiritual atmosphere. The golden dome and peaceful surroundings offer a moment of reflection and reverence.

09:00 AM: Visit The Golden Temple
Inside the temple, the students follow the guidelines, covering their heads and showing respect to the sacred site. The experience leaves them with a deep sense of peace and gratitude.
NB: Please follow certain guidelines - Cover your head with handkerchief / scarf / dupatta. Wear closed shoulder dresses (Avoid wearing sleeveless dresses). Avoid wearing shorts or dresses above the knees.

10:30 AM: Visit Jallianwala Bagh
The students then visit Jallianwala Bagh, a place of deep historical significance. As they walk through the site, the weight of history and the sacrifices made for India’s independence resonate deeply with them.

11:30 AM: Transfer to Amritsar Airport
With hearts full of memories, the students bid farewell to Amritsar and head to the airport.

12:00 PM: En Route Lunch
On the way to the airport, they enjoy a final lunch together, sharing their favorite moments from the trip.

01:00 PM: Report at Amritsar Airport
The students arrive at the airport, ready to embark on their journey back to Bangalore.

04:10 PM: Departure to Bangalore by Flight
As the plane takes off, the students reflect on the incredible journey they’ve experienced, filled with history, culture, and new friendships.

07:25 PM: Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
Back in Bangalore, the students are greeted with familiar sights. They return home with hearts full of memories and stories to share, knowing they’ve been part of something truly special.

 The Tour cost does not include:Airfare Pick and Drop from school to airport, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

  • Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
  • The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like Diwali, Dusserah, Christmas, New Year & Long weekends etc.
  • This is just a quotation, as of now we are not holding any booking. Hotel, transportation and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.

  • Crazy Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit as per availability without changing the total number of days in destination and without compromising with any services.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non- refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 6000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
