DAY 1

06:00 AM: Departure from School by Private Coach
As dawn breaks, students gather at school, their excitement palpable. They board a private coach, buzzing with anticipation, as they journey towards an adventure that promises both fun and learning.

08:30 AM: Arrival at Campsite
The adventure begins with the arrival at a picturesque campsite, nestled in nature’s embrace. The fresh morning air and tranquil surroundings set the stage for a day of exploration.

09:00 AM: Breakfast
Students enjoy a hearty breakfast, energizing themselves for the thrilling activities ahead. The meal is served in a relaxed setting, surrounded by the beauty of the natural landscape.

10:00 AM: Trek to Peak
The trek to the peak starts, offering students a hands-on lesson in managing fragile ecosystems. As they hike, they learn about environmental conservation, gaining a deeper appreciation for nature’s delicate balance.

12:30 PM: Return to Campsite/ Relax and Have Refreshing Drinks
After the trek, students return to the campsite to relax and refresh with cooling drinks. The tranquil environment provides a perfect backdrop for winding down and sharing their trekking experiences.

01:00 PM: Lunch
A delicious lunch awaits, providing students with a variety of nutritious options. The meal is a welcome pause before the afternoon’s exciting activities.

02:00 PM: Adventure Activities - ZIP LINE/WALK OF LIFE/ TIRE TRAVERSE /ROPE LADDER/ TEAM GAMES
-PIPELINE, BULL RING , RAIN DANCE
The afternoon is filled with exhilarating activities: zip lining, walking a rope ladder, and traversing tires. Team games like Pipeline and Bull Ring add a competitive edge, while the rain dance offers a refreshing splash of fun.

03:00 PM: Village Visit (THOTTI MANE)
Students embark on a captivating village visit, exploring a traditional village house, interacting with animals, and learning about sericulture. The visit to a local school provides insights into rural education and life.

04:30 PM: Snacks & Juice
A selection of snacks and juices is served, recharging the students before they depart for the Garden Asia Resort.

05:30 PM: Departure to Garden Asia Resort
The journey continues to the Garden Asia Resort, where students anticipate relaxation and comfort after an action-packed day.

06:30 PM: Arrive at Garden Asia Resort Followed by Check-In
Upon arrival, students check into their rooms at the Garden Asia Resort. The evening promises relaxation and fun in a beautifully serene setting.

08:00 PM: Buffet Dinner Followed by Debriefing & Briefing for the Next Day
A sumptuous buffet dinner is served, offering a range of delicious options. After dining, students participate in a debriefing session to reflect on the day’s experiences and prepare for the adventures of the following day.

DAY 2

06:00 AM: Wake-Up & Freshen Up
The day starts early with a wake-up call, and students freshen up in anticipation of another day of discovery.

08:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A hearty buffet breakfast fuels students for the morning’s activities. The meal, served in a delightful setting, prepares them for a day of cultural exploration.

09:00 AM: Enjoy the Resort Facilities
Students enjoy the resort’s facilities, making the most of their time in this beautiful environment. Whether relaxing or engaging in activities, they savor every moment.

11:00 AM: Check-Out & Proceed to Janapada Loka & Channapatna Toys Unit
Check-out marks the beginning of a cultural journey. Students head to Janapada Loka, where they immerse themselves in traditional Indian folk arts and crafts, gaining a deeper appreciation for cultural heritage.

11:30 AM: Visit Janapada Loka
At Janapada Loka, students explore traditional crafts and rural life, enriching their understanding of India’s vibrant cultural tapestry through interactive experiences.

12:30 PM: Lunch
Lunch is served, offering a variety of delicious options to sustain students for the afternoon’s explorations.

02:00 PM: Visit Channapatna Toys Unit & Interaction with Artisans
Students visit the Channapatna Toys Unit, learning about the traditional craft of toy-making. Interacting with skilled artisans, they discover the history and challenges of this unique trade, enhancing their cultural awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.

03:00 PM: Snacks & Juice
A final round of snacks and juice provides a refreshing break before the journey back to school.

03:30 PM: Departure to School
Students board the coach, their minds filled with memories of their adventure. The journey back is a time for reflection and sharing stories of the past two days.

05:30 PM: Arrival at School
As they arrive back at school, students are greeted by eager parents. The trip’s stories and experiences are shared, leaving everyone with a sense of accomplishment and joy.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

NB: ACCOMMODATION WILL BE ON TENT OR DORMITORY ON MULTIPLE SHARING

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize in this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport AC BUS, (2 Breakfast, 2Lunch, 1dinner 4 time Snacks, and Use of Resort Facilities & campsite activities and Service of Our Tour Managers.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE:  The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”. .
