INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This one-day experiential learning programme is designed to foster holistic growth in students through fun, team-based challenges and leisure activities. It blends adventure, skill-building, and creativity to develop interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

OBJECTIVE: To create a dynamic and engaging learning environment outside the classroom where students experience the importance of collaboration, communication, leadership, and self-discovery.

WHY IT MATTERS: Modern education requires more than academic excellence. By engaging students in hands-on, challenge-based activities, this programme fosters resilience, teamwork, and self-awareness—qualities crucial for success in both school and life.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME:This curated day of structured play and reflection promotes cognitive, emotional, and social development. Students will rotate through learning-driven challenges and recreation, ending with a celebratory dance and talent showcase.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school. Introduction by school staff and tour coordinator.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast: A hearty breakfast prepares students for an energetic day ahead.

09:45 AM – Group 1 – Team Building Activities

Theme: “Compete & Collaborate”

Focus: Problem-solving, teamwork, resourcefulness

Activities Include:

1. Untie Me – Working together to break out of a physical knot
2. Zig-Zag Run – Coordination & strategic speed
3. Rat & Cheese – Communication and problem-solving under pressure
4. Traffic Jam – Logical sequencing and collaboration
5. Run Relay Challenge – Physical coordination and team support

Reflection & Critical Thinking (5 mins after each activity):

1. What went well?
2. What could have been improved?
3. How is this relevant to our daily life or academics?

Group 2 – Leisurezone

• Indoor & outdoor games

11:00 AM – Group Shuffle: All students rotate to experience both learning and fun-based modules.

12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch: A time to rest and recharge with a variety of cuisines.

01:30 PM – Talent Hunt or Remaining Activities: An opportunity for students to showcase their passions: music, dance, poetry, art, or join in final activities they missed earlier.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Light refreshments for a perfect wind-down.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board the bus with experiences to share and new skills to apply.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School: Back to school, students reflect on memories made and lessons learned, eager to apply new skills in everyday life.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
