DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI

Departure from Bangalore to Delhi by morning flight
As the first rays of sunlight touch the bustling city, our eager travelers gather at Bangalore International Airport, their spirits high and hearts full of anticipation. A flight to Delhi beckons, and the adventure begins with packed breakfasts to fuel their excitement.

11:00 AM: Transfer to Hotel
Upon landing in Delhi, the students are greeted by the bustling energy of the city. A private coach awaits to whisk them away in comfort, offering a smooth and scenic drive through Delhi's vibrant streets.

11:30 AM: Check – In at Hotel (Standard Check – In time is 12:00 noon, Early check – in subject to availability)
Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, with the possibility of early access depending on availability. This ensures a smooth transition to your accommodations and allows you to freshen up and relax before continuing your day’s adventures.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A sumptuous buffet lunch welcomes them at the hotel, offering a delicious array of dishes that tantalize the taste buds and prepare them for the explorations ahead.

02:00 PM: Proceed to visit Delhi Local Sightseeing – Lotus Temple, National Museum, Raj Ghat
Students embark on a captivating exploration of Delhi, starting with the serene Lotus Temple, followed by the enlightening exhibits at the National Museum, and a reflective visit to Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.

07:00 PM: Back to Hotel

08:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by debriefing and briefing for next day
A delectable buffet dinner is served, rounding off the day's adventures with a variety of flavorful dishes. As the night unfolds, debriefing and a preview of the next day's plans ensure everyone is ready for the next chapter of their journey.

DAY 02: DELHI

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Fresh-Up
The morning light gently nudges everyone awake. After a refreshing start, the day promises new adventures and discoveries.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A delightful breakfast awaits, setting the tone for a day of exploration with a variety of dishes to energize the group.

08:30 AM - Proceed to Visit Red Fort
Begin your day with a journey to the Red Fort, renowned for its striking red sandstone walls and its grandeur as a historic fortress.

09:00 AM - Visit Red Fort
Explore the majestic Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and delve into its rich history and architectural splendor.

DAY 03: DELHI – AGRA

The day begins early as the students prepare for their journey to Agra, their excitement palpable.

A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the wonders of Agra.

08:30 AM - Check out & Proceed to QUTUB MINAR
After checking out, set off to discover the Qutub Minar, a towering symbol of medieval architectural brilliance.

09:00 AM - Guided Walk to Explore QUTUB MINAR

DAY 04: AGRA

DAY 05: AGRA – DELHI - BANGALORE

The day begins early as the students prepare for their journey to Agra, their excitement palpable.

07:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the day’s adventures.

08:00 AM - Check-out & transfer to Delhi
Bid farewell to your accommodations and embark on a journey back to Delhi, filled with anticipation for the day's remaining activities.

10:00 AM - Juice & Snacks
Pause for a refreshing break with a selection of juices and snacks, reenergizing yourself for the continued adventure.

01:00 PM - Lunch
Relish a satisfying lunch, offering a variety of delicious options to replenish your energy before concluding your travel.

02:00 PM - Free for Shopping (If Time Permits)
Enjoy some leisure time to explore local markets and shop for souvenirs, if schedule allows, adding a personal touch to your trip.

Transfer to Airport
Journey to the airport, ready to conclude your adventure and head back home.

The flight lands, and the group returns to Bangalore, their adventure concluded but the memories of Delhi and Agra forever cherished.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks Dinner (Veg/Non Veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels four sharing basis Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip

 The Tour cost does not include:Airfare Pick and Drop from school to airport, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

 

  • The above package is for a group of minimum 40 students
  • Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
  • The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like Diwali, Dusserah, Christmas, New Year & Long weekends etc.
  • This is just a quotation, as of now we are not holding any booking. Hotel, transportation and other services are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
  • 5 teachers complimentary for 70 paid students
  • Crazy Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit as per availability without changing the total number of days in destination and without compromising with any services.
  • Above rate is inclusive of all present taxes, Rate may differ if present tax structure changes.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of flight booking or train booking it is advisable not to wait more than 24 hours for booking flight or train as there is dynamic change in the pricing and no provisions are available for blocking tickets. So I request your good self to kindly forward the name list of the students and teachers travelling along with a non- refundable advance of Rs. 250/- per head for packages where train booking is applicable and Rs. 6000/- per head for packages where flight tickets to be booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
