DAY 01: BANGALORE – DEHRADUN - RISHIKESH

Departure from Bangalore International Airport to Dehradun
As the sun begins to rise, students assemble at Bangalore International Airport, their faces glowing with excitement for the journey ahead. With all travel formalities completed, they board their flight to Dehradun, eagerly awaiting the adventures to come.

Arrival at Dehradun International Airport
Upon arrival in Dehradun, the students are greeted warmly and transferred to their awaiting transport. The journey to Rishikesh is filled with anticipation as the scenic beauty begins to unfold.

Check-In at Hotel
The students check in at their hotel in Rishikesh, settling into their rooms and refreshing themselves after the journey.

DJ Music and Buffet Dinner

DAY 02: RISHIKESH

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students awaken to the crisp morning air, ready to embrace a day full of adventure. They freshen up and gather their energy for the thrilling activities ahead.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast
In the serene morning light, a lavish buffet breakfast awaits. The students savor a variety of dishes, fueling up for a day of exhilarating experiences.

08:30 AM: Proceed to White Water Rafting
As the morning sun casts a golden hue over Rishikesh, the students set out on a thrilling adventure—white water rafting. The excitement is palpable as they arrive at the riverbank, where the roar of the rapids and the cool, crisp air add to the sense of exhilaration.

09:30 AM: Enjoy White Water Rafting
The excitement builds as the students set off for white water rafting. The thrill of navigating the rapids and the stunning river views create an unforgettable experience, filled with laughter and camaraderie.

12:30 PM: Back to Resort
After a morning of exhilarating white-water rafting, the students return to the resort, their faces flushed with excitement and their spirits high. They are welcomed back with the promise of a relaxing afternoon.

1:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
A sumptuous buffet lunch awaits them, set in a charming dining area overlooking lush greenery. The spread is a feast of flavors, offering a variety of delicious dishes to satisfy every palate.

05:00 PM: Proceed to visit to Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti
The group heads to Triveni Ghat to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti. The ritual’s vibrant energy and the river’s serene glow create a magical and spiritual experience.

07:30 PM: Return to Resort and Dinner
Back at the resort, students enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, sharing stories and reflecting on the day's adventures. The evening is filled with relaxation and anticipation for the next day's activities.

DAY 03: RISHIKESH

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students rise early, ready to embrace another exciting day. The morning air is refreshing as they prepare for the day's activities.

07:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A hearty buffet breakfast is served, offering a range of options to energize the students for their adventures.

10:00 AM: Proceed to Trekking and also, Enjoy Neer Waterfall
The students embark on a scenic trek to Neer Waterfall, where they enjoy the natural beauty and the refreshing coolness of the waterfall. The trek is a delightful blend of nature and exploration.

12:30 PM: Lunch
After the trek, students gather for a well-deserved lunch, enjoying the scenic views and delicious food.

02:30 PM: Team Building Games
In the afternoon, team-building games foster teamwork and camaraderie among the students. The fun and interactive activities create lasting bonds and memorable moments.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by Campfire and Music
As the sun sets, students enjoy a buffet dinner followed by a cozy campfire. The night comes alive with music and laughter, creating a magical end to a day filled with adventure.

09:30 PM: Overnight Stay
As the stars begin to twinkle in the clear night sky, the students settle into their cozy rooms for the night.

DAY 04: DEHRADUN TO BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The final morning begins with an early rise. Students prepare for their departure, filled with the memories of their remarkable journey.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A final breakfast is served, allowing the students to savor their last meal in Rishikesh.

08:00 AM: Wellness Session/Short Trek to Village
Before checking out, students participate in a rejuvenating wellness session or enjoy a short trek to a nearby village, soaking in the last moments of the serene environment.

Check-Out of Rishikesh and Transfer to Dehradun Airport
The students check out of the hotel and transfer to Dehradun Airport, reflecting on their incredible journey as they prepare for their flight home.

En Route Buffet Lunch
A final buffet lunch is enjoyed en route to the airport, providing a satisfying end to their travel experience.

Proceed to Dehradun Airport
Students embark on their journey back to Dehradun Airport, the excitement of the last day's adventures still buzzing through their veins. The air is filled with a mix of anticipation and nostalgia as they travel through the picturesque landscape one last time.

Report at Dehradun Airport
Students arrive at Dehradun Airport, their hearts full of the joy and wonder from their recent adventures.

Departure to Bangalore by Flight
The students board their flight back to Bangalore, filled with memories and stories from their enchanting journey.

Arrival at Bangalore International Airport
Upon arrival back in Bangalore, students are welcomed with warm smiles, concluding their unforgettable adventure with a heart full of cherished moments.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes:Local Transportation by  private Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (veg/non veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Transfer from school to airport and transfer back from the airport to the school,, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the 30% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmedwhich is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

Since the Indian Railways had made the ticket reservations 4 months (120 days) in advance, for any itinerary with departure by train, we request you to kindly give the name list of the students and escorts -WELL IN ADVANCEfor this we SUGGEST you to forward the name list of the students and escorts who are “ EXPECTED”to attend the trip on the date of confirmation of the tour  itself , once the final name list is forwarded 30 days before the date of departure the tickets of those who are not travelling could be  CANCELLED–this is to make sure your journey more safe & comfortable
