DAY 01: BANGALORE – AHMEDABAD

Upon landing in Ahmedabad, the students are greeted by the warm embrace of Gujarat’s sun. Their journey to the Gandhi Ashram begins with a private AC coach, where the anticipation for the day's discoveries fills the air.

02:40 PM: Visit and Explore Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park
The students step back in time as they enter the fascinating Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park, a treasure trove of prehistoric wonders. The students explore the park's expansive grounds, discovering fossilized remains and learning about the incredible creatures that once roamed the Earth.

04:20 PM: Transfer to Akshardham Temple

07:10 PM: Dinner Followed by Debriefing & Briefing for the Next Day

Post-dinner, a debriefing session allows them to reflect on their experiences, followed by a briefing that sparks excitement for the adventures that lie ahead.

DAY 02: AHMEDABAD – STATUE OF UNITY – AHMEDABAD

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
As dawn breaks, the students rise with renewed excitement, ready to embark on another day of exploration. A hearty breakfast prepares them for the journey ahead.

07:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the day’s adventures.

08:00 AM: Proceed to visit Statue of Unity, Kevadia
The private coach departs for Kevadia, where the world’s tallest statue, the Statue of Unity, stands proudly. The students eagerly anticipate the marvel that awaits them.

10:45 AM: Juice and Snacks en route
On the way, they enjoy juice and snacks, keeping their spirits high as they approach the iconic monument.

01:00 PM: Lunch at Restaurant in Kevadia
Lunch at a local restaurant offers a chance to taste more regional cuisine, setting the stage for the grand visit to the Statue of Unity.

02:00 PM: Visit and Explore Statue of Unity, Kevadia
The Statue of Unity, towering at 182 meters, impresses the students with its grandeur and significance. They explore the statue’s surroundings and enjoy a projection mapping show that brings Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s legacy to life.

05:00 PM: Proceed Back to Ahmedabad
As the sun begins to set, the students board their private coach, their hearts and minds filled with the awe-inspiring sights of the day. The journey back to Ahmedabad is a time of quiet reflection, with the landscapes outside the windows passing by like a serene painting, while the students chat softly about the unforgettable experiences they've just shared.

07:30 PM: Dinner will be provided En Route
Dinner is served on the way back, offering a blend of flavors and a chance to relax before returning to Ahmedabad.

09:45 PM: Reach Hotel and Overnight Stay
Arriving at their hotel, the students settle in for the night, their minds full of memories from an awe-inspiring day.

DAY 03: AHMEDABAD – LITTLE RANN OF KUTCH – SASAN GIR

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The students awaken with anticipation for a day of diverse experiences. Breakfast provides the necessary energy for their upcoming adventure.

08:00 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A nourishing breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the day’s adventures.

09:30 AM: Check Out & Proceed to Rann Riders by Kaafila, Dasada
The students prepare for their next adventure. After a refreshing breakfast and final farewells to their current hotel, they board their private coach, eager for the journey ahead. The route to Rann Riders by Kaafila, Dasada, offers a picturesque drive through the diverse landscapes of Gujarat.

10:30 AM: Juice and Snacks
Refreshments en route keep the students energized and excited for their upcoming safari.

12:00 PM: Reach at Rann Riders by Kaafila, Dasada
The coach arrives at Rann Riders by Kaafila, Dasada, where the students are greeted by the captivating vastness of the Rann of Kutch.

12:30 PM: Lunch will be provided

01:45 PM: Safari to the Little Rann of Kutch
In the vastness of the Little Rann of Kutch, the students embark on a thrilling safari, spotting the endangered Asiatic wild ass and soaking in the stunning sunset over the salt marshes.

After the safari, the students enjoy a light snack and juice, reflecting on their wildlife encounters.

06:00 PM: Local Shopping Near Rann Riders
The evening includes a local shopping experience, where the students explore unique crafts and souvenirs.

DAY 05: SASAN GIR – AHMEDABAD

A new day begins with the promise of more adventures and discoveries.

Breakfast is served, energizing the students for their journey to Porbandar.

08:00 AM: Check-Out and Depart for Porbandar
The group checks out and heads towards Porbandar, with excitement for the historical sites ahead.

10:30 AM: Visit Kirti Mandir (Mahatma Gandhi’s Birth Place)

DAY 06: AHMEDABAD – BANGALORE

The final morning begins with a restful start, preparing for the journey back home.

09:00 AM: Free for Shopping (If time permits)
If time permits, the students explore local markets for last-minute shopping.

10:30 AM: Juice and Snacks
Juice and snacks are enjoyed as the group prepares to head to the airport.

11:00 AM: Back to Hotel and Check-Out
The students check out and head to the airport, their bags filled with memories and souvenirs.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
Lunch at the hotel provides a final taste of local cuisine before departure.

The journey to the airport begins, marking the final leg of the adventure.

Report at Ahmedabad Airport and Proceed to the Flight Check in Formalities (Group Check in & Security Check in)
At the airport, the students complete check-in formalities and prepare for their flight back to Bangalore.

The plane touches down at Bangalore International Airport, where the city lights twinkle in the evening sky. The students disembark with a sense of fulfillment from their journey, their hearts full of memories from an enriching trip.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner , , Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

 

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
