DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI – MUSSORIE

Departure from Bangalore International Airport
In the early morning light, students gather at Bangalore International Airport, their excitement palpable. As they board the flight to Delhi, breakfast is served, setting the stage for an adventure-filled journey ahead.

On arrival at Delhi, Transfer to Mussoorie
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, the students board their coach for a scenic drive to Mussoorie. En route, they savor a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, preparing for the lush landscapes and crisp mountain air of their destination.

01:00 PM: Lunch on the Way
The meal provides a welcome break, offering a variety of local and delicious options that cater to every taste.

05:30 PM: Arrival and Check-In at Hotel
The group arrives in Mussoorie, where the cool, invigorating mountain air greets them. After checking into their comfortable hotel, they have time to relax and unwind amidst the tranquil surroundings.

06:30 PM: Relax at the Hotel
As the day’s exploration winds down, the tranquil environment of the hotel, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, offers a serene escape.

07:30 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
A hearty dinner is served at the hotel, followed by a briefing about the exciting activities planned for the following day. The students retire to their rooms, eager for the adventures that await.

09:00 PM: Retire for the day
The students retire for the night, drifting off with thoughts of the wonders that await them.

DAY 02: MUSSOORIE

06:00 AM: Wake-Up and Freshen Up
As the sun rises over Mussoorie, students wake up to the fresh mountain air, ready for a day full of exploration and discovery.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A delectable breakfast is served, offering a variety of dishes to fuel the students for a day of sightseeing and fun.

10:00 AM: Visit Kempty Falls
The group heads to Kempty Falls, a stunning waterfall cascading from a height of 40 feet. Nestled in the Dehradun-Mussoorie route, the falls provide a refreshing and picturesque start to the day.

12:30 PM: Lunch will be provided
Lunch is served at a local spot, offering a chance to relax and enjoy local flavors amidst the natural beauty of Mussoorie.

02:00 PM: Sightseeing in Mussoorie
The afternoon is packed with exciting activities:

  • Gun Hill & Cable Car Ride: Students take a thrilling cable car ride to Gun Hill, the second-highest point in Mussoorie. From here, they enjoy panoramic views of the scenic hill station.
  • Municipal Garden: A visit to the Municipal Garden, also known as Company Bagh, provides a tranquil retreat with its lush greenery and botanical beauty.
  • The Mall Road for Shopping: The group explores Mall Road, indulging in shopping and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the hill station.

04:00 PM: Snacks will be provided
A quick snack break rejuvenates the students, preparing them for the evening’s relaxation.

06:30 PM: Return to Hotel
The group returns to the hotel to unwind after a day full of exploration and enjoyment.

07:30 PM: Dinner and Goodnight
Dinner is served at the hotel, followed by a brief session to reflect on the day’s adventures and discuss plans for the next day. Students retire to their rooms, ready for another day of discovery in Mussoorie.

DAY 03: MUSSOORIE – DEHARDUN

06:00 AM: Wake-Up and Freshen Up
As the sun rises, students awake refreshed and ready to embrace another day of adventure. The cool morning air and the promise of new experiences set a positive tone for the day.

07:30 AM: Breakfast and Check-Out
A hearty breakfast fuels the students for the day's journey. After checking out of their Mussoorie hotel, they board the coach for Dehradun, eager to explore the new destination.

08:30 AM: Transfer to Dehradun
The scenic drive to Dehradun offers glimpses of picturesque landscapes, building anticipation for the day's activities.

10:30 AM: Explore Dehradun
Upon arrival, students embark on a day of exploration:

  • Sahastradhara Falls: A visit to this "Thousandfold Spring" offers stunning views and a refreshing mist, creating a memorable natural experience.
  • Tibetan Buddhist Temple: A serene visit to this temple provides insights into Tibetan culture and spiritual practices.
  • Forest Research Institute: The iconic institute showcases the rich biodiversity of the region and serves as an educational highlight.

11:30 AM: Snacks
A mid-morning snack break re-energizes the students, preparing them for more exploration.

12:00 PM: Lunch
Lunch is served at a local venue, offering a chance to relax and savor local cuisine.

01:30 PM: Visit Robber's Cave (a small trek)
After lunch, students set off for Robber's Cave, a fascinating river cave formation. The 600-meter-long cave, with its highest waterfall of 10 meters, provides an adventurous trek and a unique natural wonder.

A well-deserved snack break with juice helps the students recharge after their trek.

07:30 PM: Dinner followed by Debriefing and Briefing for the next day
Dinner is served, followed by a debriefing session to discuss the day's adventures and plan for the next day’s activities.

DAY 04: DEHARDUN – RISHIKESH

06:00 AM: Wake-Up and Freshen Up
Students rise early, excited for their transfer to Rishikesh, and prepare for another day of exploration.

07:30 AM: Breakfast and Check-Out
After a nutritious breakfast, the group checks out of their Dehradun hotel and boards the coach for Rishikesh.

08:30 AM: Transfer to Rishikesh
The drive to Rishikesh, with its scenic views, builds excitement for the spiritual and adventurous experiences awaiting them.

10:00 AM: Visit Lakshman Jhula
The iconic suspension bridge offers a glimpse into local legends and provides stunning views of the Ganges River.

11:30 AM: Snacks & Juice
A mid-morning snack and juice offer a refreshing break before the day’s adventures continue.

12:30 PM: Lunch
Lunch is enjoyed at a local restaurant, providing a moment to relax and savor the flavors of the region.

08:00 PM: Dinner Followed by Debriefing & Briefing for the Next Day

9:30 PM: Overnight Stay at Hotel
Students retire to their comfortable rooms, each offering a peaceful retreat from the day’s activities.

DAY 05: RISHIKESH - DELHI

06:00 AM: Wake-Up and Freshen Up
Students rise early, ready to embark on their journey to Delhi. The excitement for the day’s adventures is palpable as they prepare for their transfer.

07:30 AM: Breakfast and Check-Out
A nourishing breakfast sets the tone for the day. After checking out of their Rishikesh hotel, the group boards the coach for Delhi, eagerly anticipating the sights ahead.

08:30 AM: Transfer to Delhi
The journey to Delhi is filled with anticipation as students reflect on their experiences and look forward to exploring the capital city.

12:00 PM: Lunch
Upon arrival in Delhi, a delightful lunch provides a chance to relax and refuel before the afternoon’s sightseeing.

02:30 PM: Check-In at Hotel
Students check into their hotel in Delhi, settling in and preparing for an afternoon of exploration.

03:30 PM: Proceed to Delhi Half-Day Sightseeing
The afternoon is devoted to exploring Delhi’s iconic landmarks:

  • Lotus Temple: A visit to this architectural marvel offers a serene atmosphere and an opportunity to admire its stunning lotus-shaped design.
  • Qutub Minar: The group explores this UNESCO World Heritage site, marveling at its intricate carvings and historical significance.
  • Akshardham Temple: The grandeur of this temple leaves students in awe as they explore its intricate carvings and the beautiful gardens.

DAY 06: DELHI - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake-Up and Freshen Up
Students wake up for their final day of the trip, ready to wrap up their adventure with a bit more exploration and the journey home.

07:30 AM: Breakfast and Check-Out
A final breakfast in Delhi is enjoyed before checking out of the hotel and heading to the airport.

09:00 AM: Remaining Delhi Local Sightseeing (If Time Permits)
If time allows, students have the chance to visit any remaining attractions or revisit their favorite spots in Delhi.

Proceed to Delhi Airport
The group heads to the airport, concluding their journey with a sense of fulfillment and many memories to cherish.

Departure from Delhi Airport
Students board their flight, reflecting on their adventures and experiences.

Arrival at Bangalore
Upon arrival back in Bangalore, students are greeted with warm smiles and are ready to share their unforgettable experiences with family and friends.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows parents to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, buffet Breakfast, buffet Lunch, buffet Dinner , , Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
