05:00 AM: Reporting at School
In the calm stillness of the early morning, students gather at the school, excitement sparkling in their eyes. They carry their packed breakfasts and a sense of anticipation for the day ahead.

05:30 AM: Departure from School
The journey begins as the students board their bus. As the city slowly wakes, they set off on an adventure, the air buzzing with whispers of what lies ahead.

06:00 AM: Breakfast on the Bus
As the bus hums along the road, students enjoy a hearty breakfast, fueling up for the day’s challenges. The camaraderie builds as they share stories and laughter, all while the sun begins to rise, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange.

06:15 AM: Orientation for the Programme
A brief orientation prepares the students for the day’s trek, highlighting the importance of managing fragile ecosystems and sustainable practices. The excitement mounts as they learn about the unique adventure awaiting them.

06:45 AM: Arrival at Makalidurga Trek Start Point
The bus arrives at the base of the majestic Makalidurga Hills. The crisp morning air invigorates the students as they step out, ready for a trek that promises both physical challenge and educational enrichment.

07:00 AM: Trekking at Makalidurga
The students embark on their trek, ascending the Makalidurga Hills with enthusiasm. As they navigate the terrain, they not only strengthen their teamwork and resilience but also engage deeply with the natural environment. Each step up the hill is a lesson in leadership, environmental stewardship, and personal growth, making the experience both unforgettable and transformative.

11:00 AM: Arrival Back at the Base Point
The trek concludes with the students returning to the base, triumphant and enriched by the morning’s adventure. They’ve not only conquered the hill but also learned invaluable lessons about nature and sustainability.

11:30 AM: Departure to School After Snacks & Juice
Refreshed with snacks and juice, the students board the bus once more, their hearts and minds full of the day’s experiences. They chat animatedly about their favorite moments as the bus heads back to school.

01:30 PM: Arrival at School
The bus pulls into the school, and the students disembark, eager to share their stories with friends and family. They return home with more than just memories—they’ve gained new skills, deeper friendships, and a greater appreciation for the natural world.

COMPLIMENTRY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 25:01

Things to carry: comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, energy bars, backpack, breakfast, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, note book & pen , identity card, water (minimum two liters),lemon and salt or electrolyte powder/drink (electral, gatorade, glucond, etc.),high-calorie snacks (nuts and dry fruits, home-baked cake, etc.),safety pins, rubber bands and whistles (useful in emergencies.),quick-dry t-shirts are preferable to cotton tees., poncho, only during monsoons, plastic sheet to wrap electronic devices, only during monsoons.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

BILLING WILL BE BASED ON “STUDENTS PAID/REGISTERED FOR THE PROGRAMME (MINIMUM GUARANTEE) OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of forest entry fees ,guided trekking charges , Snacks & juice, and Service of Our Tour Managers.
